So I jus went to bmo in shoppers world to deposit my cheque. I put my card in went I went to the teller and I didnt get the prompt to put my password in. I kindly show the lady and she said repeat which I did and still no prompt. So instead of the lady simply checking her computer and fixing the issue she rather come at me like I did her something. So I said what's her problem is she start giving me attitude sayin it's my fault the machine doesn't work. On top of that calls security and allowed other constomers to verbally attack me. The manager and enployees were present while this happened and thought I would leave. But I had to fight for my human and costumer right to jus do my weekly banking. Is this what bmo service about and is this what I have to expect in the future of my banking in shopper's world. I'm disappointed and mortified at the behavior of such a professional establishment. Now I have to go out of my way from my house to do my banking because I know bmo will not care and does not care about all of there clients equally. Thank for all the disrespect BANK OF MONTREAL. I'll most likely be changing banks this week.

Waited in line for 15 minutes to be told I cannot exchange $20 USD because I don't have a bank account with BMO. Even though I have a credit card and I spend $10k monthly on the card. I guess I should switch my credit card to another bank because this is a joke.

Tellers are too slow and it's understaffed. Have stood in line for over 45 minutes on multiple occasions which is not the case at other branches or banks for basic banking service.

Worst customer service. The Teller at the counter did not want to move from her table and answer account related questions. Even did not bother telling me that she is putting my account on hold. Came home and found out there are no funds available. Then she asked me to rate her 10/10 when BMO will call and ask for survey. Being a student now I have to wait 14 days for my fundings to be available.

Most awful BMO branch. I saw tellers leaving when there was a line up till the entrance of the store. Charged me for services that I shouldn't have been charged for and that was the reason I was here. I am hoping this is my last visit here.

It's really close by, which is why I use some of their services. However, I'd never do all my banking here, a mistake made here created a three week delay on a pending application I had.

wow is all i can say about how helpful they have been,. being diabled and having troubles with alot it made it so much easier is the care ir ecived here. they even helped me with thing si didnt know i needed to do but i was like ok ill listen. n wow i learned alot saved alot and im glade they knew to look as i didnt know.
