absolutely awful service, waiting for an e transfer for almost two weeks and 6 phones calls until finally one operator was able to find the problem and fix it which he said he was surprised no one had noticed yet. I have been nothing but patient with this process but i have bills to pay and with how little the average support rep seemed to care other than verifying the same email over and over and how much time it took and is still continuing to take there is really nothing good to be said about this E transfer service they have. If i could give less of a rating i would.

Fraud purchasing of over $1600 occured on my account , after my charge back claim was submitted I only got a get run around as they fail to honour the card is see policey agreement and it's been now over 4 months with no progress or resolution .

Just did taxes. Got the h&r block dc card for the return. It’s 1:30 pm on a Monday. and the building is locked down from the inside doors with some security guard sitting on the other side of the doors, no signage, no indication that they’re closed, no other doors to go thru. Pathetic customer service. Absolutely appalling. I’ll give some other atm the fees you’re going to charge me anyway. Get better at your customer service and maybe you’d have A shot at properly competing with other banks / atms.

It's been working for me since 2018 with no complaints. Easy to use, straight forward, very minor fees in comparison to most bank accounts. The one time we did have to call them when we first got it, they were very friendly and efficient and got what I needed sorted out in no time.

I would love to give DC bank one thing: a MINUS 5 star! I am very disgusted beyond the limitation. I would like to swear a lot of cursing words at them but I won't say it here. I lost some money from the account via DC bank and The security was much flawed and I had no idea how it happened. The investigation is ongoing for more than 210 days now. The best way to say this is I will never get my money back from their reckless and careless. I wish I will never used that DC bank, but there is no cure for having regrets. I'll like to save anyone who is thinking about applying for DC bank, DO NOT apply for DC bank and use other banks like RBC or TD bank and be sure to read their reviews and find a bank that is more suitable for you and your money.

Don’t even want to give one star! Taxes done at HR Block - all good there - loaded refund to DC Bank card and suddenly when trying to easily etransfer MY money to my normal bank account, now there are provider errors and waiting on hold for 20 min just to be hung up on and told call again later?! So with all the fees DC charges, basically they are blocking the transfer to keep eating away at my refund... brutal - no customer service at all and a completely shady company. Just efile if you can wait, otherwise it’s outrageous charges to spend your own $$$

What a horrible shame of a bank. Inexistant customer support. They keep hanging up the phone lines and you have to call over 30 times to get anyone. Once you it's not like they are eager to assist. What a lousy way to serve your customers. CANCELING MY PRODUCTS ASAP

Can't access my online account, password reset doesn't work, online support can't fix it. And I have a thousand dollars I cannot transfer.
