Needed to send an etransfer tonight. Get an error that says system update and cannot log in until complete. Called and the service agent advised the update will go all night and you will only be able to access money via direct card payment. There is no access to finds via transfer.... Completely unacceptable. Also asked why there was no notice that this would be happening and was told they don't send out notice because they do the update overnight. Will be looking for another bank tomorrow!
