Nice bakery, nice employees, but the fried donuts taste like fish!????..... Maybe they should fry fish and donuts in different vats.....unless their going for ????"fishy donuts"????...... I hope they fix that, I like the bread and having a donut on the ride home.

The most delicious cake. And such nice people! My family doesn’t live in Toronto and it’s my 30th birthday. Because of the pandemic we aren’t able to get together. My mother was able to do something really special ( with the help of my sneaky boyfriend ) with the help of Royal Bakery. They were very kind and gracious to do something so lovely at last minute. Thank you so much!!! It’s beautiful and so so TASTY.

The biffana was horrible. No flavour. There wasn't any of the red sauce that traditionally pork cutlets are marinated in. It was a sad looking sandwich. Also no sauted red peppers only onions. How can you call this a biffana?

I was impressed by the friendly staff, good amount of seating and the best part of all - the baked goods were extremely delicious and well priced. I can see the potential but they are still working on many things. However, you can get stuff from sweet types of bread to sandwiches, to just buy ham, salami, prosciutto, cheese... The staff is not completely trained yet, even though nice, the woman that attended me wasn't using the most higyene ways, was not too bad but needs work for sure. Eg: she was cutting some prosciutto for me, since she wasn't that well versed on how to use the machine, the leg fell out of the machine to the back twice (not to the floor), she just put it back and continued. The sink is just 5cm away from the machine and even though it seems kind of clean, is not exactly the most hygiene way to handle it. Same with the glove she used, she had one glove, still she touched the whole thing with both hands even after cleaning the non glove hand with her not so clean apron. One more downside, for now they just accept cash, I didn't have enough so I went to the ATM they have onsite, it was charging me $2.99 which to me is just too much. I chose to cancel the transaction and just bought one less item. The place is nice and staff too. The feel is basically the same as other Portuguese bakeries in the area. I hope they don't take long to fix this problems as I do believe this place does add a great value to this community.
