Actually the company is Mondelez, really quite good. the staff is friendly, and the selection varies, so you can get a nice stock going at your place then visit next week for more. It's mainly cookies, but they also have wrapped chocolate bars and chunks/slabs of chocolate bars such as Dairy Milk. Prives are good and affordable!

Small place with alternating selection of goods. They sell huge bags of cookies! Occasionally they'll sell bags of individually wrapped ones like the one in the photo. Selection really depends on what's available. (I asked why the wrapped ones are on sale and the lady said it's likely the machines rejected the wrappers so they couldn't packed them.)

Staff are great! Sad that this location is closing. ???? I travel from the West end of the city to purchase you products. I donate them to some schools and to refugees which they appreciate very much. The O'Connor location is too far to travel to. I'll now have to find else where closer to purchase and donate to low income neighborhood school and refugees. It breaks my heart. Hopefully I'll be able to go, but sadly not as often as I did. Great while it lasted.

I feel the prices on the cookies and other stuff which are seconds ( broken) are bit pricy as compared to other retail stores or equal .since the products are seconds they should be half the price from other stores .Hope they will consider changing the price.

The dads ice oatmeal is the best cookie they make, every time I stop in here there are none available. Huge sacks of regular oatmeal but I am 0-5 to get Iced Oatmeal and its always the same excuse, we had them a few days ago and dont know when we will have them again. Man, its the best cookie you make, you should have tons of them. Disappointed but good deals in store.

Great deals, great prices, some of the cookies were fresh when I went there. They have a lot of options so if you don't want to buy the giant bags, you could buy a smaller, but still huge, bag of cookies too for 2.50. They also have some chocolate. The cashier there was super friendly, I forgot her name, but she was so sweet and nice. Definitely recommend a trip here, and I myself will be returning. You can never have too much cookies afterall.

Some great deals to be had in this outlet. Selection is very good but varies throughout the week. Very good place to go to buy treats and and snacks for the kids while saving a lot of money. Parking can be difficult sometimes but a spot will usually clear up if you wait a little.

Imperfect cookies and other products on sale daily at Dad’s cookie factory outlet! Inventory varies depending on what came off the production line so dropping into the store is the only way the public knows what’s on sale. TIP: Be aware of each product expiry date on the packaging. My shopping experience included purchases of a box of 24x60g of Cadbury’s Mr. Big candy bars $15 and 1.8kg of 48 individually wrapped Dad’s portion packs (2 cookies per pack) $9 plus taxes. Total bill was $25.95 for an office treat.

Not very much selection but no matter there! Bulk cookies (Christie, dads) crisper crackers, bits and bites, and dairymilk bars in bulk. Awesome prices.. sometimes very crowded as the store is not big. Cash credit and debit. Open until 5 through the week.

$4 for 1 kg of chocolate covered oatmeal cookies. There was a gigantic bag of oatmeal cookies (4 kg?) for $7 instead of $12 this week. Very fresh. We have been eating them all day.

Not sure why all the 5 star ratings unless of course they are written by the staff. This place is far from a 5 star rating. The last few times I visited the selection was limited to only chocolate bars and crackers. When asked if they will be replenishing with certain cookies I was met with a terse response of "don't know". Customer service isn't one of their stronger suits. Place could also use a bit of a face lift.
