This place never seemed the cleanest but the last time I was there will be the last time I go back. We were greeted at the door by a rancid sour smell, and I don't know why we didn't turn around? but we wanted to see if they had any good meat because that's all we usually get there and when we went back to the meat department the bathroom door was open and you could smell that as well as this other weird odor. To the point where it had us gagging and we had to leave.

It's good sometimes, but not very clean, over crowded. Staff is friendly at the cash but in the back you can hear the toilet flush and the door opens immediately. Makes me think that the meat cutters and packers are not practicing proper hand hygiene.

This store is a must stop on Highway 1 in Dayton. Their prices on meat and unbelievable. I know of people that travel just to shop here. Hands down the best prices around. They also have fantastic greenhouses with a great variety of plants for all your gardening needs. And I can't forget the various fruits and vegetables at awesome prices too.
