I go to Scott's No Frills to take advantage of the specials in there flyer. I personally have a problem ever getting there advertised specials. I have tried numerous times, lots of different flyers & different weeks, months, even different years but it is always the same result. A big waste of my time trying to get there specials they never seam to bring in enough, not sure what the problem is.I know they don't have rain checks so that upsets me.

Great experience today. Some of the shelves were empty but it's back to school so it should be expected. Produce and meat sections were all stocked up with sale items(pork tenderloin is a great price). Staff were so helpful and patient, especially with the seniors.

Shopping on this day was extremely difficult for me. You need coins to unlock the shopping carts, and I had none. So I had no cart. Staff and carts, and pallets were everywhere. Normally staff is a good thing, but in this case, it was very disruptive. I was unable to continue down the aisle I was in because, many times, it was completely blocked. Other than that, I suppose it's a typical no frills, nothing special. There are lots of shopping options in woodstock, no need to choose that one.

I love no frills. You can do your shopping here much cheaper than lots of places. If you use the PC Optimum app then you can save even more by earning free groceries. The store is clean and the produce is fresh. They did just change their cart rental system and instead of it being $0.25 to rent a cart it's now $1 which is a pain if you don't know this and didn't prepared by having a looney ready. But over all it's a great store and definitely saves you a couple bucks.

Do not buy Gift cards from here! Im not one to write reviews... But I purchased a 200 dollar pre-paid mastercard and within 4 hours the money was drained into an "unknown" paypal account. Its weeks later now and my "case" with the card company is still pending. Ive left a message and called this No Frills a couple times now and have not been able to get through. Still trying. Great deals but do not purchase the gift cards... Thought I'd warn you

Friendly staff, easy store layout. I don't shop here often as I live across town but I've had no issues when I have. I'm not a big fan of the "Quarter Cart" system but if it's working to keep costs down, good for them. I just find that when I go there, to avoid the cart situation, I get a basket... and if I get a basket, it limits my impulse buys as I have to carry it around and end up getting only what I was looking for on my list.

when they originally opened they were spectacular, but in the time since, they have steadily down hill. From not enough stock to cover the ads in the flyer on the same day it is issued, to obnoxious cashiers. I do not care what you are doing on the weekends, keep your personal life to yourself. Their policy on price matching has changed numerous times since they opened. I used to go there all the time, now i go there rarely.

My main grocery store as I live around the corner. Has good prices lots of great deals on everything. I am disabled with a scooter & car. My problem is in the Winter it is too cold to drive my scòoter so I can drive with the car but I have severely bad legs and they have no scooters there for handicap people. I would like to see them get scooters in there for handicap people.

I think that the team at NoFrills should be commended for their measures during the COVID-19 pandemic. Going to other pharmacies and grocery stores causes me major anxiety right now, but both NoFrills locations I’ve visited (here and in New Hamburg) have followed their procedures closely and I’ve hardly been in contact with staff or other shoppers. The environment is organized, clean, and the staff somehow all seem to remain in good spirits. I wish all grocery stores were as comfortable of an environment right now, but I’m also happy to give all my business to NoFrills until the rest follow their example.

I don't normally give reviews, but this time I am.. Sale started today and the vetitables are discustly rotin. Calliflower was black, every other vegetable looked like they were stored in a hot transport truck. You shouldn't even be selling food like that.. Sorry. Truth must be told or maybe just my opinion.

Scott's No Frills is easily the best grocery store in Woodstock ..... period. People are afraid of change, but prove it to yourself. Shop for your groceries at your grocery store .... then do a similar shop at Scotts .... proof is in the pudding!!! Selection and prices are my two main indicators and Scott's is simply the best! I can confirm the marked lack of frills. They get an extra point for the extremely efficient system of 2 conveyors beyond the cashier, making the whole process very fast without piling pressure on. Take note, Aldi!

Derrick and Ray were very helpful and friendly while helping me to find a product I spent a while looking for on my own. Brock had approached me himself to offer help when I was looking for/waiting for something else and grabbed it for me from the back. Amazing customer service I wouldn’t have expected at a grocery store, especially when you’ve got a baby with you! :)

Prices are pretty competitive and most of the staff friendly. I’m not happy with some on the cashiers who are very picky about the price matching. For example if I price match brocolli but it’s from the U.S instead of Mexico they won’t let me price match it. That’s rediculous! Why advertise that you price match then!

Just bought groceries here. The strawberries are the most disgusting I have ever seen. They are filled with so much water they are translucent. Just oozing with water after cutting in half. I guess they either freeze them or get them in frozen. Called there 1-866 number and they suggested returning. Really?!. We live 20 minutes away!!

Staff was friendly during this crazy time we are going through. Staff was busy trying to stock the shelves as fast as they can. No TP and hand towels at the time of my visit but there was plenty of food with limits so that others can have a chance on getting food. I loved they had the limits this is the 2nd store I have seen with limits. Thank you for this.

Good selection and quality - better than the other "cheaper" grocery stores. Their regular prices are lower than the sales prices you see at Zehrs or Sobeys. Just remember to bring a loonie with you for the grocery carts!

I dashed in after work, because its the closest grocery store to where I work. I only went in ro get a couple things. I was thinking quick in quick out? Turns out that the line i had to wait in was the length and the width of the store with maybe 3 checkouts open. Nope, I was wrong. So I brought up my 2 items to customer service and told her I wasn't able stand in that very long line. She turned to me and said ( just drop the basket there so I can put it away) I work in retail so I get it, I really do but, a little customer service really does go a long way :( and please don't presume that I didn't want what was in the basket.

The quality of the produce is great clean store but still need to know your pricing or you may pay more on some products but with the fresh vegetables you only get what you pay for which is good

The scots no frills in Woodstock is disgusting they don't sanitize there carts and they don't do social distance the girl on the cash trys to make u cash u stuff in when the people in front of u are still packing up there groceries not six feet the girl on check out told me she was ordered to put two people through at a time not right the scots have clearly shown they don't care about the well being of there customer only about there pockets and that as tax pawing citizens don't have to tolerate we can shut them down

Like the store and its prices, but the produce is low end. I've bought bananas their a couple time, they were green and when peeled a couple days later when rip were already rotting inside, has happened 3 separate times to me as well as with several friends.

Over all we enjoy the store. The variety is nice and the prices and sales make it family affordable. Dislikes are the produce could be better, and definitely the evening and weekend staff. NONE of the stock employees can ever answer questions on the location of anything and the cashiers are very unprofessional.

Make sure to grab a cart BEFORE you go inside! I made the mistake of realizing the carts were outside the front door first.. And the way the front door is set up, you can just go back out. You have to go through one of the checkout lines to get to the exit to get a cart. Unfortunately for me, evert single row of cashiers had a line of at least 5 people so i couldnt get back out. It was a little frustrating but it was my own fault. I hope i can help others avoid a similar situation by leaving this review! Also - you will need a quarter for your cart!

Customer service is not number one. Lines slow because team members don't bag stuff and people are slow in line bagging them selves. Deffintly not a speedy place. As well there baskets are never stocked up there always empty.
