Terrible customer service. Asked for all buns gave us rye bread. Gave our sandwiches away. Lady behind us asked for ham and bacon nothing else. Gave her Turkey and bacon with everything on it. Very rude lady at till. It is good if they can get it right. The past few times we've been here it's been going downhill.

They sell amazing cabbage rolls here on Wednesdays - they make an excellent quick meal for busy weeknights. I noted a lot of the reviews were raving about "the Austin" sandwich, and for good reason. I tried it today... unreal. Like, actually unreal. It must have 8 pounds of meat layered up on it. (Not literally, but wow) The bun I had with it was equally as amazing - Nice, fresh fluffy bun, with a gently crispy outside. And it was only $7 and change. One half of it filled me right up - would probably be great even to share with someone for lunch. 10 / 10. This place is a fixture of the city, and definitely worth checking out.

My co-workers all love this place, so I walked in today for lunch, $6 bucks for any sandwich made to order with a can of pop, what sweetend the deal even more was the service, very welcoming and polite young ladies working behind the counter. It's a great find for me, I ordered pastrami on rye with mustard, and it was just perfect. I will definitely come back Thank you for reading

Not sure if you can consider this place a “hidden” gem, but it’s a gem for sure! Absolutely fantastic staff, so so friendly. Large array of items - snacks, meats, desserts, meals, deli items. Ordered the most wonderful Turkey sandwich with delicious potato salad! Also, got quoted parcel shipping prices far cheaper than what Canada post offers. Looking forward to coming here again!

This is a great place to go for a snack or a weeks worth of fine meats, desserts and breads. However, I won't be returning if they keep allowing patrons in with out a mask. I have seen the same gentleman 3 times on a Friday not wearing a mask. The business of many will soon outweigh the business of one.
