Incredibly welcoming. They make you feel like a regular even on your first time in. The had some great and interesting selection but don't make you feel silly for not knowing fancy names and just getting basics.

Enjoyed a well made maple syrup latte and a delicious chocolate peanut butter mini cake. A great little cafe with the roasting machine out on display. Fantastic selection of freshly roasted beans at reasonable price. The two Baristas were fantastic! So friendly and welcoming. Definitely will make this a regular stop when going through Woodstock, so handy being close to the highway.

Be prepared to experience super warm and friendly hospitality, great conversation, a fabulous shot, latte, pour over, and more coffee experiences, plus 'to die for' donuts. You will likely stay a while as you take in the friendly attention you get along with efficient service and likely leave with fresh beans, some serious coffee gear or perhaps a little something something handcrafted by local artisans.

I was looking for an organic coffee roastery in the oxford county and came across this place. It's a lovely place the owner seemed so friendly and informative and I was able to have a cup of coffee before making a purchase. I purchased a medium roast and I can definitely say their coffee is amazing and very flavorful, this place is my new favorite coffee shop in Woodstock.

Really cool place with friendly staff :) The iced latte with house made lilac syrup might actually be the best coffee drink I have ever had. It's a bit hard to see from the road because of construction (June 2021), but definitely worth a visit, I will be back!

Great little place to grab a latte or specialty coffee, the owners Kate and Elio are super nice and definitely know their java, highly recommend if you are serious about your morning cup ! Just wish they we open on Mondays and Tuesdays EDIT : they are now open Monday and Tuesday !

My wife and I dropped by to pick up a pound of coffee so that I could give it a try. I love a full body dark roast, so I picked up their night hawk dark. This morning I ground and brewed said coffee with eager anticipation. I have been drinking coffee for over forty years and have tried almost every coffee know to man. The Night Hawk coffee had a very nice taste, Floral, hint of berries. Very smooth to the palette. Unfortunately I don’t think the beans were roasted enough. The beans were a medium roast and I didn’t get the full body taste. This was more a medium body medium roast coffee. Would I buy it again? Yes, but only if I can see the bean and taste one.

Now I can get freshly roasted coffee beans right here in Woodstock! Very kind owners, hip decor, a great place to grab a coffee with friends. A go-to if you LOVE coffee! They offer a smaller bag too if you don't go through it fast enough, so you can always have fresh beans... did you know, coffee beans are best if consumed within 2 weeks of roasting? ????

Early Bird is the absolute gem of Woodstock. It is run by a phenomenal couple who work very hard to provide exceptional coffee. This company is what every small town dreams of. They support their community in every way possible, they provide exceptional service (way Way WAY beyond what could ever be expected), and they roast some darn good coffee..beyond darn good. Exceptional coffee. Do yourself a favour and visit these guys before any of those over-rated chain coffee places. That over-rated chain coffee place will never care about you the way that this place does and you'll be supporting one of the most caring families in all of Woodstock- all while enjoying your absolutely delicious caffeinated beverage. I promise you will not be disappointed.
