On September 14/21, I ordered a "Power Up Breakfast Bagel." It is advertised containing, egg, tomatoes, avocado, and cheese. When I arrived home, I found an egg with two very tiny pieces of tomato cut so thinly you could practically see through them. The cheese was two very tiny, and again, very thinly sliced pieces that only covered the little core areas of the tiny wafers of tomato. The avocado was practically non-existent. There was just a tiny spot of something green wiped on a corner edge of the bottom piece. Everything was so sparse in this "Power Up" bagel, you could not see if the bagel contained any ingrediencies at all unless you opened it up.
I called the coffee shop to let them know, and was asked if I could return to the shop so they would make another one for me. When I returned to the shop, the server started arguing excuses with me about this breakfast bagel. She also told me they could make another one, but it would be exactly the same. This is something they could have told me on the phone instead misleading me that it would be done properly, and wasting a customer's time and gas returning to their shop.
For those who have been to Coffee Culture in Woodstock, you know their prices are not cheap. One would expect reasonable portions, and quality. One would also expect a small business, especially in a town the size of Woodstock, not to mislead, and rip off the townspeople.
I am very dissatisfied, and disappointed with the food, and customer service.
