Had a great experience today. Was meeting a friend (drove in from London), and we had a great visit. I had two breakfast bagels, and they were delicious. Also enjoyed my hot chocolate. Servers were friendly, and laughed at my dark, ridiculous sense of humour. Food was hot, order was correct. All around, a very good experience. I will gladly come back again.

We we're just stopping by to take a rest from our long drive and use the bathroom, but it's a very nice place, very nice hot chocolate! The staff were great and the environment felt nice. It was 1° outside, so it was nice to step into a warm coffee shop and get warm and sit for a few minutes.

The server who helped us was very nice. A lot of tables needed to be cleaned, but it was pretty busy. No seating for groups larger than 4, but a great place to have a one-on-one or get some work done.

I got a butter toffe latte and I asked for a few creamers and a stir stick the lady just grabs the stir stick with her bare hands and gives it to me. I didn't want to be rude but what's the point of me wearing a mask I said can put a glove on and hand it to me because there's wrapping on them and there's a bunch in a cup. And I've gone there a few times now and they stick the cup out for me to pick, like something so simple has had to have gotten how many people sick like think about it?

It's ok. It's very clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. However it's really expensive. I actually prefer Tim Horton's coffee way more and you get more coffee for your money. I'm also not a fan of the large coffee being the biggest size they have. They do have some good baked goods but again almost $10 with tax for a slice of cake is just crazy.

The prices aren't cheap, but they aren't the worst I've seen in coffee shops. The service is typically quick during slow times and not much longer during a rush. The food is delicious. Recently got a new router, or something, so wifi is EXCELLENT. It can get a little cold by the windows on really windy winter days, but the atmosphere is still nice. Bring a sweater and an open wallet, and you'll be happy.

Great atmosphere, extremely friendly staff! It was beyond busy the day I visit and only 2 girls working. They busted their bums and always had a smile and answered everyone's request with no hesitation! Food was delicious, feta pastry and side salad. Seating was tight, only 2 tables for parties of 2+ but everyone made it work that day. Lots of street parking. Will be back, when I'm in town.

Ordered a piece of cheese cake it it tasted like it was in the fridge uncovered for weeks. Very dry and unpalatable. They try to dress it up with whipped cream and extra sauces but it doesn't help. Coffee and drinks are better, never ordered a meal here though. A bit on the pricy side for dry cake a d coffee.

On September 14/21, I ordered a "Power Up Breakfast Bagel." It is advertised containing, egg, tomatoes, avocado, and cheese. When I arrived home, I found an egg with two very tiny pieces of tomato cut so thinly you could practically see through them. The cheese was two very tiny, and again, very thinly sliced pieces that only covered the little core areas of the tiny wafers of tomato. The avocado was practically non-existent. There was just a tiny spot of something green wiped on a corner edge of the bottom piece. Everything was so sparse in this "Power Up" bagel, you could not see if the bagel contained any ingrediencies at all unless you opened it up. I called the coffee shop to let them know, and was asked if I could return to the shop so they would make another one for me. When I returned to the shop, the server started arguing excuses with me about this breakfast bagel. She also told me they could make another one, but it would be exactly the same. This is something they could have told me on the phone instead misleading me that it would be done properly, and wasting a customer's time and gas returning to their shop. For those who have been to Coffee Culture in Woodstock, you know their prices are not cheap. One would expect reasonable portions, and quality. One would also expect a small business, especially in a town the size of Woodstock, not to mislead, and rip off the townspeople. I am very dissatisfied, and disappointed with the food, and customer service.
