If I could give it no stars I would. Employees are rude there's never anything stocked or even a buggy too shop with available. No welcome or greeting .. This store goes against all of walmarts values an morals . No air while shopping its always hot inside and when im stuck having to go to this location I always feel a since of relief when I leave .. Normally shopping is a stress reliever for myself but NOT HERE !

The prices on some of the items could be a little bit lower. It could be a little bit more cleaner and more register could be opened, when you are busy. You shouldn't have to wait for the last resort, to get other register's opened.

this walmart is NEVER fully stocked with alot of their items! every single time we go, the shelves are always empty, the store is dirty and littered with open items. the associates are very helpful but they need to restock the shelves when the items are gone.

I called before I went mind you they answered but didn't say hello so I heard the customer conversation then I was placed on hold . Once call was answered i asked and was not advised to go around the building even after I asked if there was a different way to pick up the item. I go to customer service pick up because I've not ever been in this walmart and hopefully won't have to go back. I am advised to go to the back. I go to the back it's pick dark but I here what sounds like a customer on the. Long story short im advised future pick ups are outside car pickup but the employee got my package and signed and left

I will never ever visit this store again. This store is totally disorganized. I shopped for particular items but as I shopped I saw many shelves that were not stocked. The store was not maintained well at all, inside and outside. Upon entering the store there were shopping carts all over the parking lot. This was the "WORST" Walmart store I have ever stepped foot in. Two days later after shopping in this store I traveled to Springfield, Illinois and walked into the best organized Walmart I have ever seen. Shopping at the Dearborn Walmart was the worst of experience I have ever had.

By far the least organized store I’ve been to - I’m not sure if it was the pre-holiday high volume shopping effect... (writing this December 4, 2021) - but there were multiple areas of the store that looked like a mini tornado had gone through. I feel empathy for the people working in this store - good luck to you, brave souls. Despite the disarray, I was able to get in and out fairly quickly. I like the self checkout. Staff were friendly. Bathroom was clean. Parking was a bit crazy (again, high volume shopping issue). I’d say: “go there if absolutely necessary- but go elsewhere if you have the time.”

Shelves are not stocked or organized. Lines are long. They encourage you to use self checkouts and they malfunction all the time. They only have 1 employee to cover all the self checkouts so you wait for assistance.

Walmart, DO NOT BLOW THIS OFF! I received EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER ASSISTANCE from two of your employees Kendall and Kevin while visiting this location. The store was chaotic and busy and both gentlemen still found the time to assist me. They were attentive actually escorting me to the location of the merchandise, checking prices, and looked me in the eye something I rarely get from employees while shopping and asking for help. Grant them an extra-nice Christmas bonus.

I went to send money but the line was really long so I debated on staying. I said what the heck I have time an the two ladies on registers had the line moving fast What I thought would take 30 - 40 minutes only took 18 minutes Plus I started up a conversation with a gentleman an he said he was a painter ???? As Walmarts go, this time of year can be hectic and messy; however, this store was clean. The staff actually knew where the merchandise was, and, of course, the prices were awesome. I walked in with the intention of spending a grand and left out spending a little under 500! I did not have to grapple with anyone randomly bugging me to take my receipt and comb through my basket as if I were a criminal. Awesome job team!

Just got my first Covid-19 vaccination shot from Terri in the pharmacy. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER. quick, easy, painless; and I hate shots! Highly recommend! Earlier in the day is better for appointments, fyi! Almost no waiting.

This is the absolute NASTIEST Walmart I have ever entered in my life!! My husband and I went to this location because I thought it was listed in their website as the only store that had the Razor scooters in stock. The parking lot was full of carts. Inside the store was filthy and it stunk badly. Lots of employees standing around doing nothing. Just a gross place to shop. I have no intentions of ever entering that store again.

Over crowded, poor management of lines. Understaffed.. Only self check out was open which was poorly managed. Considering COVID social distancing was hard to do in those crazy lines/at check out. I did go in the evening so not sure if this is different earlier in the day. Also limited sizes left in clothing department but that could be because of the time of day I made it there... I will probably be going to another Walmart next time.

Well, there was some stock, but I guess during COVID-19 times, not as well stocked as usual; however, the deals and discounts made up for it, but cashiers were NOT aware items should be discounted. Other than these small annoyances, the line moved rapidly; thought social distancing, as far as the line, should have been observed a lot more.

3rd time going to this location. The shelves are so empty. Everything looks picked over. I seen a group of employees laughing and having fun in the hbc area. Didn't think much of it. When i came back after going thru kids clothing and the toy i went back to see if i could find Tylenol. They were still gathered. Hopefully i learned my lesson to not go to this location. Southgate is out of the way but i always find what i am going in for.

While i understand it is a discount store i also understand the stresses of parenting, and i do not think that anyone can be a perfect parent all of the time but when i watched a 4 year old boy bite his mother until she bled and the dad yelled at the mother for not letting him have candy they hadnt paid for and frankly he clearly had not deserved i was disgusted, however the lady at the register did something i never expected especially in detroit the man acted as if he was going to beat her outside so when the man walked away she immediately asked if she needed help she said please so the cashier quickly came up with the excuse her computer froze walked over to the service desk and got them to call the police. She then went to her line and stalled until police came. Come to find out he had been holding her captive for almost 2 months and that womans quick thinking probably saved that womans life. I look for her everytime i shop now to tell her how amazing she is

What happened to the machines that told you the prices,I am on a budget and use the calculator on my phone to add up my purchases,nothing is where it should be why should I have to ask a worker what the price is,if I could use the price machine the worker could continue working and I wouldn't have to disturbed them.

Hostile environment but loads of security. Did have ducks in a row but you could feel the base level of mild you're not from our neighborhood in the place. To their credit security guards made me feel more welcome than the staff. It I'm a security guard and they can probably tell.

Honestly the setup of the store is crazy. When we went it was so busy. They seemed short staffed. We had to return to the parking lot to get a cart because they were empty inside. Checking out was a Hassel waited five minutes in line to be told that cashier didn't have a scanner we had to go wait in a different line. Than there debt reader in that cashier was acting up. Honestly I don't think I would come here again

I do not like this Walmart at all. They constantly have large crates and boxes all over the place that makes it harder to nagivate a place with a ton of people in there! You will see things in boxes on the aisle, yet there won't be any of it on the shelf! Cashiers are short, lines are insanely long, and security was rude. If I didn't need something right away, I would have gone to another location. Don't even put yourself through that frustration.

This location is always in disarray and full of clutter. You can never find assistance and their are very few cashiers working. The best bet is self checkout. OMG!!!! Where do I begin?! First of all, there are no groceries on the shelf!!! They are out of EVERYTHING every single aisle I went down!!!! Especially the soft drinks and sports drinks! I don't understand the point of being open if you're not even ganna bother to stock your shelves. Checking out was a complete nightmare!!!! They don't bother turning on any of the lanes lights to let you know if they are open or closed, so everyone was confused on what to do. What's even worse is there are only 2 lanes to choose from and only one side of the u-scans. The lines were each literally wrapped halfway to the middle of the store. The entire place was also very crowded, extremely messy and just plain nasty. I will NEVER go back to that Walmart. I don't understand why anyone would shop there in the first place. Whoever manages that store must be a really lazy person that doesn't care at all about his job because I don't see that place being in business very much longer. ⏳

I live very close to this location, so I always come here. Until the COVID 19 crisis, I used to do my shopping right at 6am. Now I can't do that because they don't open until 7 or afterwards. It's not the fault of the employees. I still wish they were open at 6. The morning employees are ALWAYS very nice and friendly. They treat me like family and actually remember me when I come back week after week. That's the reason I continue to shop there. Because of the nice way I am always treated. Thank you, Walmart.

Came for a new TV, when I got the TV home it didn’t turn on so I had to return it and get another one, the screen was all glitchy and even blacked out, I had to return that one too, then i finally got a third one which works perfectly fine. I would not have came back for another, it took hours just to get a new TV. You’ll be better off going to Best Buy for a TV and not wasting your time here, I would not recommend getting a TV here. Besides that, one of the workers helped me find the TV and even let me check it to see if it worked before I bought it, which really saved me a ton of time. I would never come back here for a TV.

All local Walmart is dirty bathroom and flooring. Looking like have not been cleaned in a long time. Discusting bathrooms have urine on floor and toilet paper and paper towels all over. Plus they smell and half of the time don't have paper towels or hand soap in restrooms. Just nasty.

Store was not clean, very disorganized. I generally go to different Walmart stores when traveling in various states and this was one of the worst I've seen. Empty and half drunk bottles and even half eaten food scattered on the shelves, no carts in the store and told by an employee I needed to go get one from the parking lot for myself (same happened to a young lady with children when I was leaving and it was raining so I gave her my cart and carried my bags to my car). Would not recommend this store to anyone.

And that's all because they're trying to save money by having you to pack your own groceries and ring your own self up. Plus you have to keep going outside to find your own basket to shop with. This location is overly crowded. Very ghetto and they rarely have enough products. It's one of the lower end locations and many people utilize it. With so much traffic, the rush seem to be consistent. I wish it was better because it's one of the locations closest to my home. Overall rating, 3. Only because it's not far from where I commute. Also there are rude customers who live (native) in the area, that really have no manners. Food is always out of stock. Baskets are horrible.

I give this location a 3 and not higher due to the poor customer service given to me by the coach Jennesa who clearly has allowed power to go to her head and does not feel it important to go and see when things are in the wrong spot or show proper ettiquette as a manager for when someone askes for someone higher do not lie about it. Thanks to the excellent customer service of Tracy and the team lead Charissa(apologies if spelled incorrectly) I was able to get at least one of the two incorrectly placed items which I was satisfied with. It is not always the ones in power that deserve said power. Those other two workers saved my experience at this location.

I love that the prices here are great. Items are usually cheaper than other grocery stores. Only downside is how crowded it can be and that the checkout lanes take a long time. They have opened many new self checkout lanes and that was a wonderful idea! You can get done with your shopping quicker now and the prices are very good. You get more for your money.

I avoid this place at all costs, but sometimes ya gotta bite the bullet for the sake of convenience, i just wanted a shirt after all. While this walmart is never stocked properly, i figured they had to have a pretty decent shirt at least, and I didn't actually think it could get any worse. But, it looks like someone was set to prove me wrong, because what's worse than things not being stocked? Being stocked with the wrong type of kind of item of course-- You need a car battery? Here's a few double a's, thank you for your patronage! It kind of felt like that to me. I went in looking for an extra shirt, only to find the men's section overstocked with women's and children's shirts. I had a hard time figuring out if a shirt was a women's large or a men's small. Some shirts weren't plainly obvious they were a woman's cut until you looked at the waist, or pondered if a medium can really be that small! If this was just folks second-guessing their choices and just dropping it off in the mens section, i think it'd be a little less prevalent than this, this was racks of clothes, to the point i was looking around to make absolutely sure i wasn't in the ladies section. I wasn't, according to the men's sign hanging from the ceiling above me, and the ladies sign hanging in the distance. I have nothing against folks who really wanna wear shirts with plunging necklines or crop tops, but it's really hard figuring out what sizes these shirts are going by! Needless to say, I left more angry than frustrated when i realized the open back crop top was a women's medium and not a men's.

But anyway, Walmart is (of course) responding to the wants of the consumers, for over a year now, they’ve (in store) have been selling more “ HEALTH FOOD” “ Natural items, but the appropriation of the culture is real. 5 years ago there’s was no Black Soap, or Shea butter on their shelves, but of course now that they see there’s money ???? in the market of Black people, they gonna get that Work ! Walmart got the price game locked though.

-2 stars. Went to look for a nasal cleansing system. The shelves in the pharmacy area were rifled through and ransacked. Pure pandemonium. Not sure if this was lack of care on part of the business, or cruddy shoplifters (probably a little bit of both spread on this poop sandwich). Security alarm triggered on every other person leaving; not entirely positive whether it was malfunctioning... or extremely accurate. Would not go here unless I have a hankering for role play as a survivor in a dystopian horror film. Again -3 stars.

The "MONEY CENTER" was almost a complete horror! I got to the " MONEY CENTER" at exactly 3:50pm. I know this because I have an alarm for that time on my phone. It was 5:17pm when I was waited on. There was only 1 (one) person working the entire center. The employee handling the money center was phenomenal. She kept the line moving, handling the customer before her without any nervousness or anxiety. I totally applaud her. But... As I began to shop, the shelves were notably and virtually empty. I was told by one of the floor managers, there are a lot of changes coming to Wal-Mart as well as other retailers alike. Soon we will be uscan check out only; no more face to face cashiers. I was also told that this is not just at Wal-Mart, but industry wide. Pay attention people; soon everything or jobs that were handled by humans will be done by machines or Robots. Drones for deliveries as well as Driverless cars delivering Pizzas. Most of the Wal-Mart merchandise had no prices available to be seen. Whatever happened to the "PRICE CHECK MACHINES?

Worst Walmart ever. How does this store remain open. There are never carts at the front of store by door, you have to search for a cart in the parking lot. The grocery department is a MESS! Food is thrown everywhere, not organized, packaged meats are never on the shelves, half eaten food thrown in with non open food. We're lucky to have Walmart stores in the city open till 11PM.Both locations in Windsor were and still are our backup from day one of the pandemic until now. You can find anything you need for very reasonable prices. Staff there are very friendly, respectful and very helpful. The environment is very safe and clean, except that you encounter some extremely rude and ignorant customers that comes from a different planet than earth ???? and try to act as if they were about to spend thousands of dollars in shopping and end up leaving the store after two hours with few rolls of toilet paper ????????????. Unsettling environment and a lot of low tier people who throw trash in the parking lot. As I was leaving I ran across a loud hoodrat who hollered & screamed about me not letting her have my cart. The employees stand around giggling like school girls, but eyeroll if you ask for help with anything. The upside is the different type of ethnic food they offer. Otherwise the store is messy & overcrowded. I’d rather drive further or pay more at Target then come back here!

This was the worst Walmart I have ever been to. First impression on drive-up was shopping carts ALL OVER the parking lot. It looked like every customer just left them where the parked and the Walmart employees NEVER pick them up. I had to move two carts before I could pull in to the parking spot. Second, the customers inside the store were among the rudest I have ever met. Really horrible people. And the employees are no different. I think I saw more employees in this store than I've ever seen in a Walmart and the majority were standing around talking and doing nothing! I had to wait while one described her sisters family to another employee before I could ask where I could find wreath hangers. When he did answer, it was a very curt, non-friendly answer. All in all, it was a terrible shopping experience and I will not be going back to this Dearborn store.

It is 2020 and we’ve had such a challenging year yet this store thinks it is appropriate to weaponize the police and intimidate customers over playstations! That they have in stock but refuse to sell! Not one person displayed behavior that needed police intervention besides maybe the employees! Whether someone like myself brought their child with them to purchase a PlayStation or people were shopping with their children and noticed the police in the electronics department this was an unnecessary action that sets a terrible tone for our youth. My son asked me if he could go to jail because he wanted to buy a PlayStation or x box. Disgusting. Do better. Set store policy, hand out raffle tickets for the items you are required to sell per corporate. Enough with the online only lies. And if you can’t manage all that admit it opposed to weaponizing the police and showing how completely tone deaf you are as employees and a company. Shame on all of you.

Loving bottles to return due to being Sam's Cola I only have one place to take them back. When I asked why they're closed and can't take bottles they tell me it's due to covid laws with the state. Total BS they take bottles in Livonia at Walmart Dearborn lazy Associates who want to lie. Store is a mess, couldn’t find either of the things I had come to get. They shut down at least half the store at 7, but it sounded like they might be closing the whole store. I couldn’t tell because their announcement system sounds like a bag of marbles. The whole experience made me realize I don’t ever want to shop at Walmart again if I don’t have to.

The employees are extremely rude I went at 11:01pm and they informed me that it was closed. I tried to talk to them nicely that all I wanted to get is detergent and I'll be on my way(there was still about 40cars in the lot) but the employees started to yell and told me they didn't care what I wanted to get its closed! I don't go to Dearborn Walmart often. While I was there last night around 9pm, I witnessed two incidents typical of this location. First, after I parked I sat in my car for a few minutes while I talked on the phone. As I sat there, a woman backed her vehicle in across and two spaces over from me, then got out and squatted to urinate. At first I wasn't sure what she was doing, then I saw her stand up and pull up her pants. Second, while in the store I heard and watched a couple very loudly arguing with a group of teenage boys about comments the boys made to their 13-year-old daughter. (I heard every detail of their back and forth, including a lot of F-bombs and other colorful metaphors.) This is not the first time I've heard yelling and arguing at this location. This location stocks more or less the same items as any other Walmart, but you take your chances with what you're going to see and hear when you're there.

I was at Walmart recently I was there to pick up primatene Mist inhaler and the associate help me out to find it with that was beautiful thing to for her to do which I was glad for that own thing it was that I had a problem with a lot of the stock wish raggedy it was not setup correctly so I think they need to improve in that area and they'll be just fine I had door greeters they spoke everybody Schwinn man's son was wearing gloves do two people do have a tendency to touch and not put things back in the proper place so that's something to have to deal with everybody was wearing masks and I noticed that they was constantly cleaning so I am satisfied with that

But think they need more workers or ones that do there job. Any other WalMart is not like this, let alone always out of stock! Let me tell you about a typical visit to this walmart every single time I’ve been there. You start by not finding a cart at all so you have to go back to the parking lot to get one, then you are in and everything is a big mess, there is 25 people with walmart vest usually walking around and doing nothing. The shelves are empty and you have to end your visit with a big line because there is only two registers open. And this is a Saturday afternoon. Also this place smells like a bathroom all the time. Terrible service, terrible visit and terrible management and I only come here when I have no other choice.

The Pharmacy is full of awesome people BUT the clothing n food section is always trashed. The store is always full of large families that take up so much room u can't even walk by. Every time I've had to go to this walmart they never have handicap shopping carts my dad has a disability and can't never get a handicap cart they are always needing maintenance so they have a bag on the steering wheel they need to order more or hurry up and fix the ones that need repair.... Every time I need to go buy spray paint I have to wait 15-25 minutes for an employee to come unlock the glass cabinet. I ask between 3-5 employees in the meantime about them opening it and they either say they’ll call someone or that they don’t know where the person who can open it is, that they should be in the area somewhere. Why would I have to wait that long, it should be more convenient for the customer than having to ask multiple employees and waiting 20 mins. This happened MULTIPLE TIME until I started going to Home Depot, right next to the Walmart for my paint????.

This is not my usual go to Walmart, and there is no way I would ever let it be. The parking lot was full of carts when there were only 5 available in the store. No one was making sure that the few carts that were there was wiped down. There wasn't a greeter at the door. I needed assistance, so I had to hunt down someone to help me. I am disabled and looking for an Amigo. The shelves were bare in a lot of places and quite a few Great Value items that are available at the Warren and Sterling Heights stores were not sold at this particular store. Some of the shelves were empty while the additional items sat in boxes up on the top shelf ready to restock the lower shelves. There were several signs that did not correspond with the actual items on the shelves. Checking out was a hassle. The card reader was not working in the open check out station I used. We had to suspend the order and the "cashier" had to check me out at a different station. The was one pleasantry on this trip. The girl working behind the deli counter was pleasant and helpful.

ITS actually 0.00 stars! But there isn't an option for that. This is the worst grocery shopping center I've ever been in my entire life! Why do you leave your doors open till 11 if you won't let everyone purchase groceries. Especially when your cashiers dont automatically close at 11. So everyone in line should be able to use the self check out. People have kids to feed and stomachs to feed. Ive been working all day and came to buy my meal for the day. You shouldve announced the moment I walked in that if I wasnt standing in line at 10:59.99 then you wont let me purchase my FIVE Things! Its stupid. Its not fair that you will let people purchase food after 11 only cause they were in line at 10:59.99!! What if I stood in line at 11:01 -- 1 min after the last person, and we both had to wait till 11:15 cause the line was long! Youd let them and not me?! Wth! This is by far the worst treatment I got from any grocery shop and specifically from Walmart.

If I could leave zero stars I would. I came i to purchase an Xbox one S that was showing it was available in store and that the store just got a shipment. When I asked an associate, I was brushed off like I didn’t mean anything. I wondered around for about 20 minutes waiting to see if it came in off the truck. When I went and asked the associate again, he said “trust me bro, we don’t got it”. Never once did the associate go in the back to look even though I asked politely if he could. At this point I just drove a half an hour for nothing and can honestly say I will never been back no matter what. Horrible service!!

Girl at self scan was rude. I was going to buy a luggage bag. I was not aware when my son scan the item of another Walmart about 30 minutes from this one. I told the girl if she could price match since it was a Walmart store. She said "NO, if it at a other store or online you go to that store or order it online. We don't do price match other Walmart.". I told her that I wanted to speak with a manager. No one ever came to u-scan not her or a manager. I left the item there and left.

They made a whole store of shoppers leave full carts of food at the counter because it was time for them to get off. I was luckily the last one they allowed. I felt sorry for the other shoppers, it was at least $3k of product left in buggies because the refused to service the other customers who where rightfully mad.

The place is clean but a few of the people that work there (leaving race out of it) are rude and blocking aisle ways so that the customer cannot get to the product they're trying to get. Otherwise, I would shop there again.

The parking is pathetic. Delivery trucks block the Fire Lane, Cart Corrals are blocking the lanes you need to drive on to get to parking spots, and there are panhandlers in the entranceway to Walmart. I was there during the day, and I did not feel safe.
