Look up neighborhood bakery and this is the place you'll find in the dictionary. They've been open for nearly 2 decades and from the beginning they've made their mark by taking on all tasks. If you've got allergies or intolerances just let them know and they'll create something just for you! I discovered them during the COVID pandemic when I was unwilling to wait hours in line at the big box stores. Now I'm hooked and shop here exclusively for baked goods.

Had a bagel toasted with cream cheese & a date square. Not the spiffiest interior but wow can they bake. Goodness. 6 stars for that

I ordered a banana cream pie from Nana’s.. although it looked appealing, it tasted extremely rancid (turns out they used old LARD to make the crust.. They don’t even use butter there) ????.. We were all dumbfounded at how anyone working on this pie could’ve miss this, let alone sold it!!? The smell was so strong once we cut into it that I called the bakery right away.. all I got was excuses and dismissal that anyone working there would’ve ever done that ???? At this point I’m not only unsatisfied about the product but learned very quickly their Customer Service is just the same! I would never recommend this bakery

Very disappointing after seeing them on tv.. Very pricey... bought 2 muffins on the sugar free side..4$ for 2... it was very dry ..also they were out Of product on a Saturday

Everything like grandma made. Store was clean, owners so sweet and helpful. The products I bought were amazing. Date turnovers, peanut butter cookies, oatmeal raisin cookies, homemade breads, muffins. It was all amazing. I highly recommend this bakery.

Dont sell packzis if you are going to serve a dinner roll with some filling in it. Baked in the oven, not fried like a donut. Dough tasted like white bread. Filling on the outside of it so it was a sticky mess. They were hard as well. They seriously sold us dinner rolls. So upset. Complete waste of $20 for a dozen of them. Do yourselves a favor and do not order packzis from them.

On March 29th, 2017 I contacted Nana’s Bakery for a specialized order. Not only did they go out of their way to assist me, they went beyond their customary service to ensure that a little girl was cheered up after a distressing experience at the ER. Their pleasant demeanor and willingness to assist was very much appreciated. Also, the cookies are delicious and was a huge hit! Thank you again!

We ordered a cake with an edible picture. This is what we got for $30+. I gave 2 stars as the taste was good. Visually it was an eyesore. I didn't know it is possible to mess up a cake that needs only a print to placed on. I was seriously considering calling off the party...:( (i posted a picture of it but seems like google don't take it in) Update: I did contact Doug recently and he had absolutely great attitude toward my complaint and gave me a refund. He said he was always glad to get feedback even if it is a negative one as he would like to be able correct if a mistake was made. I was very impressed by this attitude, I wish more businesses were like this. I changed my rating to 3 stars as I believe all businesses can make mistakes but those who make up for it are those you want to work with

Nana's is the cutest little bakery, love the personal feel of walking into your neighborhood bakery and getting bread fresh out of the oven. Great healthy options and divine less healthy options as well. We had them do a cake for a gender reveal (we didn't know the gender and they surprised us with a layer of pink icing in the middle) and we were not disappointed in the appearance and the taste of the delicious cake covered in what we decided was the best buttercream icing we'd ever had. They make 'yuckies' which are cookies that are sweetened without added sugar or sweeteners that my 3 year love. P. S don't forget to grab a turnover, mmm

had a egg salad sandwich on there multi grain, the bread was fresh and so was the egg salad . It was a heaping helping and it was delish with a piece of cantaloupe and a cookie under 8 dollars. I wi definately go back
