This cupcake shop is run by a very nice man who is taking care of the shop in place of his wife. I tried the vanilla cupcake and the caramel one and both were delicious. The vanilla one tasted really fresh and rich while the caramel one was little more sweet. Defintintly preferred the vanilla though!

Excellent cupcakes, my auto mechanic loved them, Jim Campbell Automotive Repair on Southeast corner of Monmouth and Wyandotte, behind the building on Monmouth????????????????????????????????????????????Excellent Job, ordered online and gave her plenty of notice, was suppose to get them yesterday Dec. 14 but the snow storm happened, I called her at Klueless Cupcakes @1580 Wyandotte St.E. on the northwest corner of Lincoln Ave. Parking available beside The doggy treat Store. or behind the shops on Wyandotte on the northeast side of Lincoln Rd.

I don't know if I just happen to go on the wrong day, but I've been about four times between 2016 - 2021 and the people working there are nice. BUT THE CUPCAKES ARE ALWAYS STALE, maybe it's an acquired taste but I can never seem to finish it because it tastes a week or so old.

My husband surprised me with one of their strawberry cupcakes for my birthday and it was delicious and so soft. I ate the whole thing in 5 bites. Would definitely recommend.

I was impressed with the way they were able to replicate the pic I sent from the internet of a cake sized cupcake and then I had a slice of my twins Birthday cake and couldn’t stop eating it . So moist and tasty the icing complemented the cake harmoniously ! I give Klueless cupcakes 5 thumbs up on a job well done . Extremely satisfied mom ????

My girlfriend loves this place. Personally I don't think a cupcake should cost 3 or 4 dollars, but I have to admit that these folks put a lot of work and thought into their creations and they are really tasty. If you get there early in the day there will be a wide selection of yummy and interesting flavors. Later in the day the selection will be limited, but still tasty.

Beautiful and such yummy cupcakes! The store is fabulous aswell. It would be 5 stars if the customer setvice was as good as the cupcakes taste! I felt very rushed while I was in there and when I asked for details about the store and cupcakes he was very short! Being nicer will make you more $$$ that's a promise!

We had their cupcakes for our wedding, very nice people. Cupcakes were very good. My favorites are the peach, lemon, cheesecake, also depends on the icing you put on it, the vegan icing is the best. The other icing are ok.

I did not get my cake from this bakery. However, I called the shop for a custom made birthday cake and they recommended another cake maker. Her name is Renee. The cake was a 10/10 in terms of design and specificity. BUT inside and the taste was at best 2 out of 10! Not recommending this cake maker if you care much about taste!

Hands down best cupcakes and goodies in Windsor. Macarons are flavoured very well and not over the top sugar tasting - just very light and fresh. Enjoyable! Same with their cupcakes.. some flavours I've tried at other bakeries just taste like pure sugar/fake extracts. Klueless takes the time to use fresh ingredients and it shows! Sonia and Tim are exceptional business owners - they take the time to say hello and remember their patrons. Windsor 2017.. sad to say but that's not the case at many establishments. Five star for sure!!

Really great cupcakes ! I think it's my new favourite dessert place to go to. The owner was really great and helpful and patient with my choices. I do recommend them to anyone who's looking for homemade cupcakes and other sweets that taste just as good. The prices are definitely reasonable and I'm hoping they stay there for a long time ! Great new addition to the Walkerville area.

I wouldn't go back. I went in midday and the showcase was practically empty and I was told I'd have to wait two hours for more cupcakes, they had just started making some. Two hours would make it their closing time, which leads me to believe the cupcakes are made the night before. I also don't understand why they wouldn't have started to make more much earlier in the day. I got one watermelon cupcake and it was stale and you could tell had been made a long time before. Wouldn't recommend to anyone!

This place is always on my destination list. Esp on Sunday's that's the day to buy a whole tray because they are 2.00 each. But get there early or call ahead so you won't be disappointed. Bring your children in for a magical cupcake memory. They love what they do and it shows. Product is great and I love to support businesses such as this over say metro. Delish!

This place is truly joke. I went there Saturday and had a choice of 3 cupcake flavors all of which looked unappealing. The proprietor told me it was late in the day and all others were sold and told me to come back early when they first open. So i went in 12 noon Sunday the very next day. The exact same stale looking cupcakes were still there and no fresh ones. No more going to your place. Waste of time.

Noticed the bakery while have lunch down the street. The store front was closed and the couple baking inside said they were closed until next week. The lovely couple opened their doors for us and at us in. I was a bit sad I couldn't taste a cupcake after all the great reviews I read but the sweet wife did not let my friend and I walk out without her special cupcakes AT no CHARGE! Her husband ensured they were going to be one of the best and freshest cupcakes Iill have and sure enough they were! Not only did they taste amazing, the customer service was outstanding. I truly appreciate what the sweet couple did. If you are in Windsor, taste klueless cupcakes. (Will def cross the border for more of your cupcakes) #bakedwithlove

I love this place. My dad always liked to support the business's in his neighbourhood, and who doesn't like a treat?! He and the owner were both battling cancer at the same time, both are now gone, so I go to honour them, and enjoy the spirit that lives on. The cupcakes are so delicious, and there is a wide variety. I suggest the turtle cupcake as I can't get enough of it. I've never had a bad experience and they are always friendly. When Im feeling down, I go there and get some treats to remember my dad, and satisfy my sweet tooth ❤️

I love this place! Great local bakery that makes fantastic cupcakes of very high quality. While I do wish that the selection was wider (apparently there is more choice the earlier in the day you go) they have plenty of unique flavours, and the cupcakes were undoubtedly very fresh! $2.75 is a bit steep for a cupcake, but the quality is well worth the price.

Tim was wonderfully friendly, and greatly personable. He really went out off his way to accommodate our party, even though my wife's wheelchair couldn't get into his shop. We were glad to hear all of the stories and tidbits about the business. And heartbroken for the news of the passing of his wife, so sorry for his loss.
