This is what I would consider "my style" of bakery; that is to say, it's sweets only. Just cakes and pies, tarts and cookies. That being said, this tiny bake shop does not have that much selection and the items they do have include whole cakes and pies and the smaller case on the counter has cookies, butter tarts and squares. Good squares, at any rate. -- "Mimi's Cake Tour"

I was expecting a little more... limited varieties and basic cakes and cookies. Taste is good though and the staff is friendly.

Very nice bakery but you'll have to pay for the quality! It's worth the price, but don't expect to get a cake for the same price as a grocery store bakery.

Amazing treats.. just amazing. Make sure you go early on Saturday, it's the only day they sell cinnamon buns and they are insanely good! And they use midnight sun coffee!

Big off. The good is that some of their stuff can be very good, but there is a crazy discrepancy between products and baked goods. I think at the price point, it's a bit disappointing at times. The hours and days of operation just kill me. I would say be open for longer and weekends. Also check badges because some stuff was pretty bad but others were truly amazing. I have never experienced such inconsistency across dishes. Also take Amex how much more expensive can it be given the margins and refusal to operate for longer hours. I don't mind paying premium but buying stuff here can feel like a chore at times. Although I love the products when they are good and is now less of a problem, in that is maybe per 5 items, one is kinda meh. That meh is still too high.

Openly insults and infantilize the Americans customers on their website by giving their opinions on the healthcare. Start by opering your place from 8:30 to 18:00 pm or later and then you could start giving your point of view about politics. Oh yes, almost forgot, their products are very inconsistent in term of quality. I wouldn't say that it is entirely bad, far from it.

Ordered some excellent desserts to take to Christmas dinners. Very easy to do over the phone. Pickup was easy (even got some free cookies out of it! ????) and most importantly the desserts were all absolutely delicious! ????I only wish it were closer to my work ???? so I could take advantage of the cake and pie slices on a regular basis!

I don't know what to comment on first. I love the cakes, haven't had one yet that wasn't absolutely stellar. My wife or I go in most Fridays for cupcakes and they are scrum dilly. So scrum dilly in fact that we had them at our wedding. Go in and try something, it might change your life.

Picked up some cakes for a birthday and some cappuccinos while we deliberated between their delicious selection! The cappuccinos were excellent and the staff were extremely friendly. We picked up Brian’s pie which was excellent- such a great combination of flavours and incredible crust! We also got Grandmas chocolate cake which was excellent. I was so impressed at how the icing balanced out the cake and was not too sweet. Everything was perfectly balanced. Very reasonably priced. Will definitely be back.
