Delicious coffee, the flat white was really wonderful. Best with full milk rather than skim I'm afraid! Came in just before the cinnamon pull-apart pastries were ready, so the whole place smelled wonderful. Luckily, when I came back later they were still available. Really tasty quiche too, so have had lots of great luck here!

Great little coffee place , latte and London fog were great. I was there several times while vacationing in Whitehorse. Loved being able to sit outside. Only negative is just about every time I went , around 1-3 pm they were sold out of MOST food items.

Hipster alert! At 9h30 in full blown tourist season there is hardly any more pastry options left. Ham croissants were out, but impossible to slice open a croissant and add a slice of ham. After paying, employee gives me a tantrum when I ask for receipts. Our double espresso was hardly one sip and the capuccino is made with microfoam to make latte art (that is NOT what a capuccino is supposed to be). After the next-to-nothing double espresso, got a drip coffee to fill the stomach, but not tasty at all. Baristas seem to give out coffees as if clients are a pain in their eyes. Sad to give plastic utencils for clients eating on site instead of reusable items. Second star because the egg&saucage croissant was tasty.

Delicious, delicious food. Both the roast vegetable quiche and the salmon quiche we superb. If you're looking for sweet, the cinnamon pull apart is amazing. Coffee was also quite good. Recommend the Guatemalan. Took my food to go as we needed to hit the road, but the place had good vibes and seemed like a nice place to hang out.

A good coffee place with great baked goods, but it isn’t a breakfast place, and they have “taken the quiche off the menu” without, Um, actually noting that on the menu. So we stood in line for 10 minutes before learning that. So come for coffee and a bright cheery place but don’t come for breakfast

Lovely atmosphere. Staff are always very friendly and attentive, and the baked goods are delicious! Soups can be a little hit or miss, and some things are quite pricy, but it is delicious, and generally a very good experience! If you enjoy savoury scones, try the cheddar calabrese, it's got just a hint of spiciness to it :)

The cheese croissant is so fresh and authentic with a very delicious taste. The veggies croissant sandwich is as good... very delicious. The double chocolate muffin is also one of the best ????????. Great coffee, fast service, lots of food options that are made fresh every day and there's plenty of seating. If you want to hunker down with your lover and a crossword or need to get some writing done it's the place to go. There's no WiFi so it's not laden with laptops which is nice and makes for more productive work if you don't need the Internet.

Really bad coffee, and poor service. I've given Baked Cafe several opportunities to change my mind because I like the ambiance there. Last time i was in the coffee was horribly weak (again) and i complained. The guy acknowledged me, then left me hanging there while he (I assume) tried to work out what to do. He then suggested I try again, which I did to the same result. I told him it was still watery and he was stumped again. After a long, and frustrating pause he said "can we offer you another beverage". My first thought was "this is a cafe that can't get coffee right" so I said "no". I ate my cinnamon pull-apart and left. I will not likely be back.

The whole building with several shops and businesses shares a wifi network and it cant handle the task. They need to add their own dedicated network, simple as that. I couldn't even look at a map/info to plan my route from Whitehorse. Please do something about this.

Nice place. Good latte. Ranks up there with all the other places i've been to. The baked good looks tasty, unfortunately, i was unable to parttake in it. Atmosphere feels inviting, its got an east asian cafe vibe to it. I would for sure return if im ever in town again. My only gripe is, relatively speaking, it closes early (1900).

Would’ve given 4 stars but person at the counter was not very friendly and was annoyed that I asked for a receipt (which I did not get). I know it’s an extra step printing a receipt but people travel for business and we need receipts for expenses. Poor wifi connectivity. Update: I initially gave 3 stars until I spoke to my travel companion who had the same counter person. Apparently, he was able to provide a receipt for him but refused to do it for me.... Ps. As a business, you have to provide a receipt when asked for it.

Great food, I tried the coconut chicken wrap, hints of curry and perfectly prepared. $9.75 is a little much to pay for a wrap but the portion made it worthwhile. Good coffee each time I go there, always a new blend from around the world, although the last time I went they only had 3 or 4 varieties, and only 1 which was exotic (Ethiopian) which disappointed me. Staff are extremely snobby and somewhat unhelpful, although I am quite young myself I would suggest hiring older or atleast more mature staff. Girl brewing the coffee looked like she wanted to kill me when I asked where the bathroom was.

Unexpected cafe in the North. Trendy, refreshing, good quality drinks and food. Staff need to be more vocal with homeless people stealing orders- kick them out there known theives, blatantly taking orders off the counter. When I was there this happened several times then one homeless guy touched all the cutlery that was by the coffee machines and he swirled them in his hands. I told the girl working what happened and she left the now soiled, contaminated utensils out for people to eat off of and use to stir their drinks. Owners need to empower young staff to kick out the vagrants even if it's not "cool".

The staff seemed friendly and the cafe felt modern and chic. I went there late afternoon and it was very warm inside from the afternoon sun. It looks like they pull down the window shades of an afternoon to try and keep it cool but they need another alternative as it was bordering on being uncomfortably warm and stuffy. I tried an Italian cream soda (never had one before) and I’ve decided they aren’t for me. I got the banana flavored one and it was certainly interesting. I will definitely go back and try something less out of the ordinary for myself but overall a cute little cafe that I would recommend going to in the morning when it is probably cooler.

Cute cafe, environmentally conscious, amazing food, and free WiFi. I always have the soup, and the baking is amazing! Great atmosphere and always busy. You may have a hard time finding a spot to sit. Would definitely recommend!

The staff is incredibly nice and friendly. We were visiting for 10 days and by half of it the barista had committed our whole order to memory. Lovely place that I can't recommend enough.

My only complaint is that the store hours do not match the hours posted online or on Google which made it tricky to try this cafe out. When we did catch them when they were open, they were very busy with a lineup in the morning (I think that this speaks to how good their coffee and food is!). We tried their cinnamon pull aparts which were excellent and coffee - also excellent. The staff were very efficient and got everyone’s orders filled in a timely way. Great place and we will definitely be back!

Great little cafe with a very friendly staff and amazing selection of drinks. They definitely have something for everyone. I had a glass of local summit kombucha and a latte, both were great. The steak and fig panini was also excellent. They accidentally messed up slightly on my order (it wasn’t even a big deal at all, only had to wait a few extra minutes) but they still gave me a coupon for a free drink, which shows how much they value their customers. Great place, glad we chose to spend some time there.

Good reliable coffee. If the Midnight Sun Coffee roasters (at Icycle bike shop) was closed this was our back up coffee place. Good place to chill & visit. And near the river trail. ????

I really like this place. The atmosphere is open and busy, without being too loud. Coffee is great, baked good are all fantastic (I love the almond bar I can't remember the name of). Good breakfast sandwich too. The art they display on the walls is always interesting and usually quite beautiful. Staff are prompt and polite.

Great food and coffee but this place is starting to crumble under its own success and popularity. I have been here several times - there is never a place to sit during peak times and all the food is gone by 2-3pm despite the cafe being open til 7pm. I hope they take note and use their success to expand and start to offer more food later in the day rather than continue to let this place slip with negative experiences...

I see someone else mention that they think Baked has the best London Fogs. I completely agree. I now judge all London Fogs against the ones at baked. No one else makes them as well. Also the coffee here is pretty Skippy. As are the pastries. I frequent this place for coffee. I'll go here over Tim Hortons or Starbucks any day.

Great local cafe - I really like their menu variety! It’s a little too expensive for me, so I go when I can afford it. I personally love the smoothies and the pizzas. But everything Ive had from there has been pretty good so far. I think the new ownership has done a really good job.
