Absolutely love coming by to EVERBEAN whenever I can. I was an almost daily customer at GOODDAY SUNSHINE CAFE many years ago, which Jessie and Chris started and ran for several years adding to the community with amazingly handcraft food and drinks (either made by themselves or by locally sourced artisan distributors), and they also did lots to support local musicians, visual artists and writers by having open mic’s and art displays. So I was very pleased when they started up EVERBEAN as I’m once again able to get old favourites and new ones as well. I love how they bring in special treats like fancy donuts or cookies from local bakers every now and then too. They continue to help the local community through their fundraising efforts to provide free food and drinks to hospital and walk in clinic staff. Finally, I know times are weird now but remember they are in a medical building, where people who have immunodeficiencies come and go regularly- so if they ask for us to wear a mask for a few more months I think that’s more than reasonable. Their online ordering is a breeze, and they even have curb side pickup as an option where you just say what car you’re driving and they bring your order to your car at the specified time. So that’s an awesome option for those who don’t want to wear a mask anymore.

My husband, sister and I- LOVE this place! Super bright and cheery. Run by wonderfully kind humans, who really make you feel welcome. Seasonal menu and drink changes that offer vegan and vegetarian options. COVID-19 safe space to sit. Best matcha latte around!

Very rude customer service from a staff member!! Never going back! I had my 3 kids with me I sat them at a table around 12ish. I had only come to the cafe cus we were waiting our turn at the clinic in the building. As I'm ordering my 6 year old son comes up to wait with me. He has his favorite water bottle with a small amount of water sealed with a cap. He uses it to do bottle flipping. My son has diagnosis's and i had asked him once to stop. He did- we finished ordering and he tosses his bottle twice in the air. One of the men behind the counter approaches me and asks can you please ask your son to stop. I responded with I already did. He then turns to my 6 year old son with no knowledge of his diagnosis's not even considering the possibility of it. And speaks directly to him! He said can you stop tossing your bottle, you wouldnt like it if I came to your room and broke stuff in it would you? So don't come here and do it here or I am going to have you ask you to leave. First - . This problem ruined my son's whole day! Let alone my day!!! It was so hard for my son to regain control till 9pm. How dare this man speak to a young child without any parent permission and tell a child they may have to leave!? What the hell is wrong here??? No respect for a child or parent! Especially a child with special needs!! Whether he knows it or not. You don't ever approach a child and say words like that Those words are meant for adults to deal with!!!! I will never go back! all he was tossing it maybe 1 ft or or less above his hands and catching it. It keeps him calm and content. This situation caused my son to freak out he became so upset and angry and triggered him so bad!!! Let alone embarrassing for me mom! My kid did nothing wrong! I would have left and had some good words with the man but I was waiting for my turn at the clinic and had no where else to go. I had to now deal with my son having a sensory melt down and my other 2 kids upset that their brother is melting down - Rather than being able to deal with the situation. We left as soon as we could!

I love coming here. Thier quinoa breakfast wrap is delicious. Every latte and coffee is the perfect balance of flavors, it really shows the attention and care the staff put into the drinks. If you haven't been, it is a must go.

I have been a regular customer for the cafe for awhile now and I would like to share my review sincerely. I’ve been in most cafe in Vancouver and I could tell Everbean is made by the true love and passion, you could tell immediately by seeing their dedication to deliver the best they can do. The cafe is attached right next to the clinic. The area is convenient is clean also has very good ambient. The coffee is rich and tasteful, as well as the sandwich and their outstanding dessert. The price is reasonable especially for their time, quality ingredients and preparation that keep everything always fresh. I would suggest anyone to give a chance to try because it’s a hidden gem!

On my way out of the lab in the building, I grabbed a flat white along with an almond croissant & both were delicious! The man behind the counter was friendly & said if I had any questions to let him know. And the lady who made my coffee came around the counter to personally hand me my coffee which was so kind of her. Great place!!

This place is just the gold standard of cafés, the customer interaction is excellent here and the service is quick and straight to your table. After having a delicious cup of coffee I saw that they were selling Kalita pour over systems with filter paper and many other accessories. After mentioning my foray into the drip coffee world by getting a Kalita dripper and some papers. They took me behind the bar and showed me how it's done in a profession environment. Seriously super friendly and I genuinely couldn't believe they let me check out how they brew their coffee. The drip coffee server is well plated and quirky with a small beaker and a wide mug to play with cream, sugar ratios. The colour scheme features a light minty colour that is even reflected in some of their products they sell. They grind and brew 49th parallel beans. Delicious coffee , yet delicious snacks as well. I had a breakfast burrito with salsa and it was delectable. Thank you everbean cafe! If I ever come down here from Coquitlam for an appointment I'll definitely come by again!

Chris and Jessie are the heart of this awesome cafe. Chris' pastry selection and sandwiches are top-tier. I never leave without buying a snickerdoodle. Jessie's coffee selection for pour over and the fantastic espresso here mean you can't go wrong with any drink. I usually go for a one and one with oat milk. They also make all the seasonal syrups and sauces for the drinks themselves.

Outstanding! I haven't been for a while because of my crazy work schedule (I've been a fan since their first cafe) stopped in today because of my Doctor appointment in the building and indulged in breakfast. A beautiful made on site cheese scone and divine, handcrafted hibiscus rose latte from Jessie. They even watched my jacket for me while I dashed over to the Doctor to get my name on the walk-in list! The cafe has the sweetest community feeling, they give table service for clients which is especially nice for elderly client I watched the owners have the cutest chat with a little one over which treat they wanted from the case.

I have visited this cafe three times in past, each time was while I waited for a doctor's appointment or a prescription at the pharmacy across the hall. The coffee was always delicious and the staff were all lovely. On Thursday March 14th I visited the walk in clinic again and on my way inside I stopped by the cafe to have a glass of water as I was thirsty. They have a water cooler with ice and a tray of clean cups set out for customers to help themselves. I had one glass of water and before I could finish the cup, one of the staff (a man I had never seen working there previously) asked me in a very sarcastic tone, "can I get you anything ELSE?" While making an exaggerated face like he was annoyed at me. I said "I'm sorry, am I not allowed to have a glass of water?" He snapped back at me again in very sarcastic way "well usually people ask first!". I couldn't believe it. The water cooler is set out facing the customer area and designed for self service. Most cafes work like this. He acted as if I had walked behind the counter and helped myself to a bottle of water. I have never been spoken to that rudely by store staff in my life. He was so rude he made me not want to by anything in that moment or anything else in the future there. What on earth is that man thinking? Why does he feel entitled to be so rude to the public? The situation is especially bizarre when you consider the cafe is steps away from a busy pharmacy where many people receive new prescriptions and must search out a glass of water to take their first doses of medicine. Why did they hire that man? The rest of the staff were all polite and lovely. I looked forward to frequenting this cafe but not anymore. That man is out of control and needs to be talked to.

I've missed Chris and Jessie since their days of running Good Day Sunshine Cafe. Their slogan "cafe + community" could not be more true, and evidence of this is how they source their ingredients. Their coffee beans come from 49th Parallel in Vancouver, their loose leaf tea comes from Namasthe in Whistler, organic sandwich breads come from Langley, and the list goes on. Some of the friendliest people I've ever met, and the most passionate when it comes to their craft. I know every dollar I spend here is going to good people and going back into the community.

OUTSTANDING LIGHT to MEDIUM roast coffees and served with warm and delightful hospitality. I love coffee (for me that means unadulterated coffee). Everbean Café is the only place I've found in White Rock with outstanding light to medium roast coffees. They have a nice evolving lineup of coffees from excellent local roasters. I enjoy taking a bag of beans to go. Everbean Café also features excellent baked good.

Came here to try their hot chocolate festival drink specialty! I ordered the Silk Road Fortune (only available until Jan 30) so I had to try! I was worried it would be spicy, like a chai latte however, it was not! I wouldn’t even define it as a hot chocolate it’s more like a desert specialty drink. It was super lovely, creamy, smooth; hit the spot! I got mine with oat milk instead of regular milk and I really enjoyed it. It wasn’t too sweet and paired perfectly with the cookie, which was also delicious!

If I could give 0 stars I would. The coffee and food at this Cafe are mediocre at best and always overpriced. What really makes me never want to give my business to this establishment is the fact that they won't allow seniors with depilating health or mobility problems to sit for a few moments while waiting for a ride without making a purchase. There is literally only one other bench for the many seniors who come to this medical building to sit on. The next time you purchase a coffee here remember that you are supporting a money hungry business and not a quaint family run small business.

Finally got around to visiting this coffee shop. Cute little place, nice setting, decor is appropriate, employees were grand, and conveniently located by the White Rock hub. Coffee selection was diverse, but tried their drip this time around - drip can tell you a lot about a coffee shop. Forgot to ask what beans they were using, but their drop was surprisingly good! Definitely medium roasted, most probably a blend, and more in line with traditional PNW tastebuds, but nothing to dock points over - their drip is solid, and significantly better than a lot of independent shop drips. Also, priced competitively with the likes of Starbucks and other independent shops - drop gets a solid A-. Tried an item from their bakery where is where I was slightly disappointed. Tasted all right, but portion size was lacking compared to pricing. It's not downtown Vancouver so can't justify paying those kind of prices. Overall, solid place to pick up coffee from. Next time I'll try something handcrafted, say a latte, and see how they're pulling shots. Glad to see a capable coffee shop in the White Rock area after so many have fallen off.

Probably the best cup of coffee you can get in White Rock, not to mention prepared with love and good tidings! Talk about serious metta! If you appreciate good food, made fresh with the best ingredients then you should be eating here. Fresh baked goods - check. Fresh bread - check. Sandwich meat sliced to order for sandy's - check. Unreal ChocChip cookies - check. Chris and Jessie really pour their heart and soul in this cafe and you sure can tell! Definitely check them out for your morning (or afternoon) cup!

Coffee was reasonably good and so are the prices. What I really liked was that they are open to receiving guests during this Covid season. They clean the shop meticulously and I can gather there with friends I have not seen for too long. The shop is not crowded and all Protocols are followed. I need this, I appreciate this.
