The food here is excellent!! Love the soups of the day and the desserts are fantastic. My favourites are the salted Carmel bars and the chocolate cupcakes!! Lots to choose from and Candice is very knowledgeable about everything Keto!! Come and check it out!!

I absolutely love coming here! I have a difficult diet to follow after having gastric bypass and I ALWAYS find amazing low carb and sugar free options! Not to mention they are so yummy! Highly recommend this one stop shop!

Candice is an amazing cook and everything she makes is delicious. Lots of low carb and healthy options. Service is top notch and taste is amazing! Definitely recommend stopping in to this store.
