I tried both the chocolate cake and the chocolate chip cookies. Both are to absolutely die for ????. The cake was made with Italian meringue butter cream and it was phenomenal!! Ill be ordering many more times! Highly recommend blessing your mouth with Dannah’s amazing desserts. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Thank you for the tasty cookies and lemon tart! They were phenomenal. My family would like to give the compliments to the chef haha. The cookies were buttery and melted in your mouth. And the lemon tart was stunning! I wish I could’ve gotten a picture but it was all gone as soon as it was sliced. Can’t wait for an official store front!

Made a last-minute order of the strawberry sponge cake and a dozen chocolate chip cookies for a birthday, Dannah was able to accommodate and very responsive. The cake was light and airy, fantastic with the cream and fresh strawberries and not overly sweet, just the way we like it, I feel no guilt giving it to my kid. The chocolate cookies were sinful! I think it is dark chocolate so it’s more balanced in flavour, wonderful with coffee. Definitely recommend for the quality you get and friendly service.

I was looking for someone that can tackle a tough challenge. An Elsa doll cake for my daughter. This bakery sure delivered. Not only was it exactly what I wanted it tasted amazing. Melting chocolate in the mouth. Communications, timing and the finished cake was superb. Totally recommend Dannah and her team to make your day special.

5/5 stars ! I have ordered many cakes from The Vanilla Bite and each one has been super delicious and very beautiful. Dannah is very creative and definitely has the eye to make her cakes unique and stand out all while being classy and tasty. The time she takes to meticulously place each piece of chocolate/strawberry/decoration is mind blowing . Each cake is absolutely picture perfect. Meringue has never looked so good I am not usually a fan of chocolate chip cookies but hers taste amazing- crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside, and not too sweet so you will unknowingly be eating a lot in one sitting. I have sent her pictures of cakes that I would like her to make and she puts a spin of her own on it, making each one an original creation. I would definitely recommend you trying out her baked goods if you're in the GTA.

A great selection of gluten free options that are great tasting as well. Perfect option for those with dietary restrictions similar to myself. My favourite is the tarte au sucre but they are all great.

You’d never know their gluten-free baking doesn’t have gluten. Their treats are always delicious and have great texture. Plus, they have instagram-worthy aesthetic. I order every time I’m in town!
