I love this little coffee shop and bakery. One of the best hot chocolates I've ever had, their treats are delicious and the service is great. If you're in the neighborhood, make sure to visit Ampersand.

Some of the most tastiest cupcakes and absolutely beautiful. Kind of felt bad eating them because they were so pretty. Highly recommend!!

Great selection of tasty treats, coffees, teas and hot chocolates. Even have frozen cookie dough to make them at home. Super friendly staff are always happy to help.

Steph has a penchant for turning out tasty treats such as cookie, cupcakes, squares, and the like. I'm not sure where or how she comes up with these delicious recipes but THANK GOD she did or I wouldn't have known I had a sweet tooth!???? But in all seriousness, she is a wonderful and relatable soul with a mind filled with creativity and purpose. It may be a small shop, but it's big at heart....and taste! Oh....almost forgot????‍♂️???? I had the hazelnut date and ginger chai cookies.. ahem..as well as the marshmallow topped chocolate cupcake....NO JUDGING ????????

Did a walk up cupcake special...and so thankful I did. Cupcakes are unreal. Cake was super tasty and moist...and icing was creamy and not super sweet. A new favourite at this house. Can’t wait to go back!

I love this place! I normally get the donuts and cookies but this time I ordered a spooky halloween cake. It did not disappoint!! Stunning, tasty and definitely a crowd pleaser. Steph is the best- she even customized some things for the picky eaters. Would definitely recommend.
