The owners are very friendly here and I have been a regular customer for 20 years. I find it is a nice place to meet up with people, and the prices are very reasonable. They also sell food, make cakes and other baking, and even are licensed, though most people go for the coffee and cappuccino.

If you're going to open a cafe do not and I repeat do not go to the department store and buy a $500 single boiler machine you will embarrass yourself when you try to serve more than 5 people per hour. Also please teach your baristas how to make the drinks you are trying to sell if I ask for a regular latte I should not get a 16oz cup with a single shot of esprsso and the rest being what I can tell is 2% milk (cappuccino and lattes use 3.25% milk heated to around 140°F) over frothed even for a cappuccino although I asked for a latte.... Milk heated to around 100°F please get some proper latte/cappuccino cups 8oz and teach your employees how to prepare the drinks (honestly I'll come and do it this is embarrassing)

We went for lunch and I ordered iced coffee. It was very nice. Strong flavour, not too sweet. I recommend to have the panzerotti. It was amazing! I will return

Service was nice, coffee was very watery, and the cinnamon bun I ordered was dried up, smothered in too much sugar icing, tasted old and there was a hair in it.

It really deserves 5 stars but this is my first time at this café. If it's the same next time I'll upgrade to 5 stars. Outstanding soups and desserts, good sandwiches (Tbay has no idea what good rye is and non available)

Everything was beyond excellent! First time customer! After leaving I felt that Club Cappuccino Cafe & Desserts should be the NEW HOT SPOT of THUNDER BAY! Everyone and anyone should stop by and have not just their delicious desserts and cafe drinks but be delighted by their customer service and beautiful decor.
