I met Tara at a Keto event, super nice girl.....I purchased a loaf of Keto Bread, amazing....I havent had bread in 14 months....the treats looked so good, I had a cheese cake tart equally amazing. Great job Tara, I wish you much success.

Purchased keto pancakes and pizza’s at a vendor fair that recently took place. Was pleasantly surprised how good they tasted. Definitely plan on stopping by the store to try out out some other products. A welcomed addition to the Niagara region.

A little pricey, portions are small but absolutely delicious! So pleased to have found this place! Perfect place to indulge in all those cravings you can't normally have when dieting or on keto. You crave it, they have it! Wish they would open on sundays as it is my only day off now.

I met Tara yesterday at the Keto fair in Merritton and picked up a cheddar bagel and it was really good! I've been meaning to go to the Fonthill store or placing an order online since I found her post on Kijiji a couple of months ago.
