Best ice cream in North America. If there is one thing people of the Canadian North know how to do. it's make ice cream. Surprising? Maybe. However people come from all over the world to grab a waffle cone at the I Scream Shack. And don't forget about their pickles. HUGE, perfectly crunchy pickles. If you happen to find yourself in Northern Canada, you definitely have to stop by the I Scream Shack. It's worth a special trip past the 55th parallel. Many people have traveled for hundreds of miles to check this out. The ice cream is only surpassed by the awesome staff and management. Friendliest and most helpful people you will ever meet. Anywhere. All I need to know now is when are you opening up this year? Because I'm definitely first in line this time!!

Ice cream...the go to warm weather treat. This independent location took soft ice cream to a whole new level. Forget the vanilla or chocolate or twist options and open up your imagination to a cornucopia of flavours. Using some ingenuity and technology, this location has definitely found a unique way to make your experience more enjoyable. Just in case the soft icecream doesn't wow you like it did this reviewer, they do offer plenty of hard ice cream options as well. Kudos should also be given to this location as being one of the very few locations in Thompson that provide friendly service. Repeat business is a definite for sure!

Here’s a ice cream parlour you don’t want to pass by! Lots of flavours to choose from. Enjoy the uniqueness of the place with its many tin signs hung on the walls. Staff is very friendly.

Fantastic ice cream and even better owners! The gentleman held my toddler on the other side of the counter so she could watch her cone get chocolate dipped, such a great experience! A trip to the ice cream shack isn't complete with out a donkey ride.
