I always shop at Sobeys , my only concern is that you don't provide masks for employees, the cashier has a shield but those employees stocking shelves , walking down isles etc have no protection from careless shoppers who do not social distance . Giant Tiger cares enough to mask their employees . I wish all businesses would make it a rule like Costco. I always wear a mask & shop early to avoid the masses .If everyone is masked then protection for all .

A clean and friendly place to shop. They have a good produce section with a nice selection of locally sourced produce as well. Wide aisles and both large and small carts make it easy to get around. Staff are helpful and courteous making you feel welcome.

The store is always very clean and they have good product selection. Staff is polite and always willing to help. When it comes to their prices I believe they are overpriced when you compare them to Walmart or Superstore. Also I find that they never keep their ad or promotion items stocked, shelves are usually empty.

Found everything fine. Was in and out quickly. Staff is friendly and helpful. Phones direct to cab company. And public phone to call anyone you please. Washroom right by first cashier in row as you come in. Everything you need...including being next door to the liquor store....if you have any money left after doing grocery shopping. hahaha LOL

Sobeys mgm listened to my request to stock Barbours peanut butter. The fish and meat counter staff suggest n educate so my final choice esp. on beef roasts is the best. Cashiers pleasant. I suggest Sobeys invest in swivel cashier chairs to protect the staff health. BC grocery stores have such comforts to keep staff off the feet on concrete flooring. So B ys

I love Sobeys but I find the produce section in this particular store is not at a high standard. Shelves can be empty, fresh fruit can have spoiled pieces and if you ask for a specific item you are more or less brushed off. That being said the meat and grocery section is ???? ???? and especially the meat people will do just about anything to give you what you want...same as grocery section, if you ask they take you where the item is and do not just point. You have some amazing staff however produce section could use some improvement. Cashiers are just lonely!!!!
