Tried the double-espresso and cappuccino, both excellent compared to what you get in GOOD coffee shops in and around Toronto, and exponentially better than the bilge coffee you get at TimH and Starbucks. Wish they would open on weekends to get my coffee fix on the way to the beaches in the area.

Sabor Espresso is everything you would want and MORE when it comes to a local coffee shop. The owners Robert and Brenda make an effort to get to know their customers and treat them like friends that they've had for years. Fantastic atmosphere, fair prices, and my personal favourite drink, the Nutella Latte, is to die for! A great addition to Simcoe.

The Best espresso on the Gold Coast ie lake Erie’s north shore. Get to Simcoe and you just might have the best churro and flat white in Ontario! We take our espresso super seriously so try them if you doubt this. You’ll make a friend and even learn some Spanish at Sabor Espresso. We promise you won’t be disappointed. ☕️

They have amazing espresso and I really enjoy their variety in drinks. Also a really good chai latte. They are always friendly and remembered that I was a student and asked how school was. Some drinks are expensive but I definitely think it’s worth it considering the quality of service and products. I will return frequently.

Visited this “little gem” in the heart of Simcoe a couple of weeks ago and WOW what a great cafe! Greeted with a smile, hard decision on my drink order as everything sounded so good. I’m a Chai Latte lover and have to say Sabor’s was the best I have had .... perfect choice for a cold, rainy Saturday! A definite stop for me when in the downtown

Any visit to Simcoe must include a stop for a coffee or latte and a baked treat. The lattes are excellent, and custom made to order. A fresh cup of joe is equally good and you must try something sweet - the apple strudel is a go to every time. Plan on staying for a bit. The chairs are comfy, the atmosphere is relaxing and the owners will even give you a quick Spanish lesson if you like!

My wife and I went in for a chai latte and a redeye. Best redeye I have had in ages at a fraction of the price I have ever paid! Very, very highly reccomend. If you love coffee/tea/espresso do yourself a favour and check them out. Definitely going to be a repeat customer!
