I bought a $30 strawberry shortcake for my wife's birthday, and in three slices, hairs were found. I came back to the store and spoke to the owner with the cake in hand. He did absolutely nothing about it. A fake sorry!. will never go there again. Dirty. To answer to your reply: you absolutely offered nothing and proof was shown to you and I told you I did not want a replacement as a courtesy I came to inform you and I did not ask for a refund but your demeanor and and action led.me.to this review. I was cooperating and now it shows your character. Anyway W ll never visit you again

Found this place quite by accident. We were at a nearby restaurant, saw this one, read the reviews, and decided to try it out. The baklava is to die for. It was just so tasty! We asked for some recommendations and the employee was such a great help. On her recommendation, we bought extra pieces of one type of baklava and it was definitely the best! Going back for more again and again!

When you order from elite they do their own customizations that’s going to be bad let me show you what I ordered and what i got No when i send you the picture of 3 cakes I already asked you did you started the making of cake you said no and that is why you send me your email and i sended you the picture of 3 cakes. You can make stories if you want. The cake i got do you think that is worth $65. If you think just put it on the show and lets see if anyone buys this for more that $25.

I ordered a red velvet cake for my birthday and was completely disappointed. Firstly they covered the entire outside in coconut, which one of my guests along with myself are allergic to, but other than that the cake was dry and without flavour, yet had a disgusting aftertaste. The icing also tasted like pure icing sugar, which was pretty unpleasant. Really ruined what I was looking forward to and is definitely not worth any price.

Loved the Elsa-Ana cake they made for my daughter's 4th birthday. The creme was super fluffy and so light. We ordered the strawberry shortcake, which was personalized ( rose cake - with blues and white) for our frozen theme party. The only thing was the food color used in the cake was patchy on our skin and left a good mark on our faces ... But we completely enjoyed the cake, with just the right Sweetness. Keep serving your delicious cakes .. all the best team Elite bakery.

The manager was so nice! I had to make a last minute order for an anniversary cake and I was turned away by so many bakeries who said they couldn't do the design I wanted or that it was too short notice. But Ayman was so accommodating and negotiated on how we could alter the design and still do what I want. Thank you so much! I'll be sure to leave another review once we get the cake ????

The BEST Greek pastries in Toronto. We’ve been going to this bakery for years and no matter where we move to, we are over an hour drive now, we never hesitate to to go for a visit. The sweets are fresh, delicious and huge! The quality is amazing. They also have fresh cheese and olives as well as other culinary delights imported from Greece. The staff is also very friendly and the prices are extremely reasonable.

Their cakes are moist, and very delicious. Recently bought a birthday cake from them which was a vanilla cake with custard and strawberry swirls on the outside. It was not very sweet but had the right amount of sweetness, well made and moist sponge with a beautiful light custard.

Very friendly staff. And VERY delicious baklava at a very good price. I've never had better baklava, haven't tried anything else there but was really pleased with the variety of desserts available and olive bar. They bake their cakes from scratch every morning so come early for the tasty stuff.

We had a birthday party for my niece, once she cut the cake I pulled a long strand of hair inside the icing . Unfortunately I was informed that it was the third time that had happened. It is the most disgusting experience’s I’ve ever had with baked goods. My niece’s birthday was ruined for a neglect of kitchen staff, not to mention health code violation.

Had to get a birthday cake last minute for a coworker. Their readymade cakes looked delicious, and they were super friendly and helpful with finding an option that worked. They wrote what i requested on the cake - but I got the name messed up and had to come back later. They were super kind and courteous in fixing MY mistake, and redid the writing even better than how it looked the first time. I offered to pay them for the repair and they insisted that the fix would be free of charge. An absolutely lovely local bakery with friendly staff, wonderful customer service and delicious, beautiful cakes. Highly recommend if you’re looking for an awesome, fairly priced, local bakery. 5 stars!!

There is a lot of anxiety when trying to find someone to make a cake for a special occasion, and Elite Bakery went above and beyond for me. I requested a cake for my bridal shower and a cake for my wedding and they exceeded my expectations. I showed the owner a Pinterest photo of a bridal shower cake and a wedding cake, and they made both cakes look exactly like the photos. It looked phenomenal and tasted amazing! Thank you so much for such wonderful customer service. All the staff were friendly and the owner was super understanding and willing to do everything in his power to deliver the best cakes. The taste/quality of baked goods is on and off --- sometimes it's good, other times not at all. I can't help but mention that customer service needs improvement. I would also recommend a simple menu or labels for the baked goods so that customers have an idea what they are buying.

Good customer service, nice pastries and prompt fulfillment. The reason for three stars is our experience with their birthday cakes. We requested a birthday cake on Friday for our little girl’s birthday on Sunday. The cake was done on time. Though we found the cake decoration a bit mediocre, we were expecting it to taste fantastic (as promised by the staff). But the taste missed the mark too. The coloured icing was bitter and the sponge was dry. The chocolate cream layered between the sponge was nice though. The cake wasn’t worth the money unfortunately. We also bought their almond and coconut cream pastries which tasted delicious.

Unforgettable vibes! Imagine a Russian Orthodox Church with a side cakes and pastries and cookies and bread counter! I'm Catholic but none of that matters when it comes to cakes and pastries and cookies and bread! And they also have little effigies ye can buy, which made it quite the nostalgic visit because we had a similar traditional bakery back home that was my go-to place for bread! Oh, and the smell of that freshly baked dough and cream! ????????

The custom made chocolate birthday cake that I ordered a week in advance was so so so delicious and it even looked soo good!! The owner is very nice and he told me that they have been there for 27 years. The staff is also nice. There is ample parking too. Keep up the amazing work!!

Ordered a wedding cake and they said 1 week is not enough for making the decorations for the cake so they asked us to buy and provide fake flowers for the decorations instead of using icing art. And still charged us over 400 dollars for a small 3 tier cake. And when we tasted it, you could tell they didn't even bother baking a quality cake... The taste and texture was extremely disappointing. I wish we had just bought a cake from Walmart...theirs tastes 10 times better and has good texture..

I gave them 2 star because everything else was good. Love the shop . I order a customize cake and I got it as promised but the cake was awful. It was a pink cake and the coloring the use on the cake was so cheap. The pink color will not come off my fingers. The cake taste awful with no richness to it. The sweentner they use has a after bitter taste to it. I had to trash it. I was the worst cake have ever had. Will never order cake there ever again. But will try other pastry goods.
