If you're passing through town, this is a wonderful spot to get some fresh baked bread for a picnic lunch on Lake Superior, sample some of the Sault's delicious Italian tradition (the lasanga is pricey but oh so worth it) or grab a box of donuts to sustain you for the drive to Thunder Bay and beyond! A Sault Ste Marie staple, it's worth the stop. Happy travels!

Came in with a group of people and was trying to decide on our orders. We ultimately rushed into ordering when it was not busy - server was rude and pushy. When we got our four sandwiches, we were told to "figure it out." Our sandwiches were not what we ordered and had a bunch of mistakes. The baked goods were OK. Check out another bakery if you are looking for sandwiches I suppose...

The smell of fresh bread and pastry is always a sign of comfort. And then you add friendly and helpful staffsand you just feel right at home! It's a gem!!! ???? If you haven't try their butter tart or apple fritter you are in for a Superior treat! And while you are there bring home some sourdough, everyone will thank you ????

Always love donuts from Superior...however when I purchased a dozen assorted donuts last weekend to bring home....I was disappointed with the blueberry filled ones...there was barely a spattering of blueberry filling inside....so disappointing as I went there specifically for donuts...my advice to all is not to bother with the filled donuts...not worth the price.

Delicious donuts and other sweets ! Recommend the glazed cream cheese donut, cinnamon twist donut and the sugar donuts; but those are just my favorite donuts from there. All their so donuts are good and always fresh. Delicious !

This is my favorite bakery in Sault Ste. Marie, Ontario. If you get a chance stop in during the end of November or the beginning of December, they have delicious boxes of liquor candy that are very good for gifts. I have also bought the gnocchi which is delicious, they also have bread dough that you can buy for making pizza crusts, it is at a good location, right in front of the Walmart.

Delicious donuts, cookies, buns and breads. Great deli counter with large sandwiches made to order. Large variety of breads baked daily. You can also get frozen pierogies and cabage rolls. Excellent service and usually very fast. Be sure to get there early for the apple fritters.

The baked goods here are soooooooooooooooooo yummy. My favorite place to go for chocolate butter tarts and Nanimo bars whenever I am in Sault Ste Marie. I also enjoy the breads and will often pick up a couple french loaves before going home. Oh, and I should mention that if you want a donut you need to get there early or you might be out of luck.

It's alright. Always seems like youre bothering the staff when you speak with them. They have a great selection of baked goods, meats and cheeses. The bread is hit and miss.

Staff is friendly but bread not what it was before new owners bought it. The light rye is definitely sub standard compared to the way it used to taste. Fritters are massive. One is too big even for 2 people unless you really want to chow down on apple fritter. It's a meal.

Was disappointed. No Apple on the Apple fritter., was also burnt on the edges, was more like an overcooked plain glazed donut. Definitely not the best in Canada or Sault Ste. Marie for that matter. Pastry on the tarts was overworked and too heavy. The fillings were all quite nice. Not sure who is doing the baking but majority of the treats were identical to M&M meats desserts. Customer Service is bad. Lady helping me treated me like I was wasting her time by getting a selection. No worries though she will not see me again, I will not be returning to this bakery.
