Birthday girl and guests alike were amazed and delighted by our cat-themed cake. It was the most incredible thing we'd ever seen. We will order from this company every time we need a cake for a special occasion. Just perfect! The customer service was great and the cake was delicious as well as beautiful.

Extremely disappointed. We put our order request in a week prior to the date needed for the cake. The artwork on the cake was amazing which is why I am giving 2 stars but the cake was extremely dry and flavourless. My son didn't even get a chance to have a piece of his own birthday cake and it is quite embarrassing when we spent 165$ on a cake only to be apologized too. we took a total 2 pieces and did a taste test around the room - everyone had the same opinion , yes they refunded us 50% but only apologized and said its not "common" to occur , completely ignoring the quality. I understand their time is worth while but having a cake with 2 pieces taken out that was supposed to feed a good 25 people its discouraging; I was expecting a moist melt in your mouth sort of cake, this crumbled upon cutting pieces out ; I was genuinely excited by the reviews, there should be more quality control . Money out the window and an upset son .
