Excellent menu of soups, sandwiches and now home made burgers. Been 20 times, had different dishes, never a bad meal. We used them for catered sandwiches, veggies and fruit and it again impressed. Of course they have the nice sticky buns for dessert which are nice and small.

Delicious soups (as the name implies). 1/2 sandwiches are the size of regular sandwiches and are very good, and the cinnamon buns are yummy. Friendly staff, fast service, one of the best lunches in town.

This place ranks somewhere between 4 and 5 stars. Because the service isn't refined enough(nor need it be) to warrant 5 star. But the food is always rock solid. Excellent execution on the food. Great sandwiches, burgers, soups, desserts, all on out of this world breads and buns. Go grab yourself a good sandwich and a drink and some fries and you wont be disappointed.

The experience was great overall; everything except the high cost. The staff are very friendly and the food has an outstanding taste! I suppose high costs are associated with eating healthy, but I was surprised at how much of a high cost.

This is the place for an amazing lunch any time of year but especially fall right through winter! They have gluten free options and they're able to tell you all the ingredients in their soups etc. because everything is made there. I follow a keto diet and they are always able to make whatever I want fit into my plan. The staff are always friendly and I've yet to have a bad experience!

It didn’t taste that great, I got someone else to try and they said it was way to much spices and herb. I would for sure come back but try a different soup this time and hope it’s nice and hot.

The ingredients are so incredibly fresh. Service was super fast. All of the soups are home made and are cooked to perfection. The vegetables in my sandwich were crunchy, crisp and flavourful. The whole thing was amazing and I can't wait to return. I had the Mediterranean Vegetable sandwich and the Lentil, Leek and Mushroom soup. Delectable!!

The soup is good but the food is way over priced for what you get. $17.00 for soup and a sandwich is too much. I have twice now ordered for pickup, a "souped up grilled cheese" which looks delicious on the website only to find a plain old grilled cheese when I got my food back to work. Too bad I will never get to taste the souped up grilled cheese, as I wont be back again.

20$ for a little soup and a burger ?!, no fries , nothing else next time I just spend a little more time to go across the border and I'm pretty sure I will get more than that for the same price. Definitely not coming back this place is a rip off. That's all I got and no I'm not going back for a credit.

I stopped by Soup's Up today for the first time after hearing many great things about it. I grabbed lunch and some frozen soups for winter which I can't wait to try. The Chicken Pot Pie soup is the best soup I've ever had in my life! The Turkey Bacon Club was excellent too. The staff worked like a well-oiled machine and were super friendly, and everything was very, very clean. Once I try my frozen soups I have no doubt I'll be back for more, Soup's Up is one of my new favourite places! Next time I'll try those cinnamon buns, for sure.

Wonderful array of soups to choose from, all made from scratch. A tiny bit expensive but worth it Homemade cinnamon buns too with either a glaze or cream cheese icing. They're super expensive, but once again they're a local and excellent. The story behind how this business started is a wonderful success story and I'm proud of the owner for her dedication and business sense!

Great variety of soups, but sandwich combos are outrageously expensive ! If you can afford 20.00 + for a FULL HOT sandwich 8 OZ soup , drink and a mini cin bun this is the place for you . They do offer 1/2 HOT/ 8OZ soup sandwich combos for $13.50 + Cold sandwich combos are a bit cheaper ...... I give Soups Up one star based on these menu prices .
