Those louks are just as good as all the other Mr Puffs elsewhere, meaning they are delicious :) The staff is somewhat friendly. The way the doors are set up is mildly infuriating. You enter the first door on the right, then need to go to the door on the left in the atrium, crossing path with people exiting since they need to do the opposite (exit on left, then right)

It's so hard to find great dessert shops that don't have lactose in them and this is one of them. Amazing to watch them make it. Worth every penny and minute waiting. All puffs are made with no eggs, are cholesterol free and all natural. A few of the flavours are vegan too like the fruit ones, maple syrup and the cinnamon and sugar one by the way!

Great stuff, kinda like krispy creme but in donut hole size. Many toppings to choose from but I like mine regular, topping makes it way too sweet to my taste. Not very calorie friendly but very much worth it once in a while.

My partner had to wait inside for no reason and be more at risk because you indicated it was ready when the order wasn’t even started. She had to wait inside for 10 min. These are fun to eat for everyone for all types. It is an North American version of loukoumades which is a Greek donut or what Canadian call Tim bit lol well made soft inside crunchy outsider. all kinds of topping depending what you like in flavour. Service normal. I didn't like how they don't put the all the donut you ask for 30 you get less. And no one's is going to start an argument about how many they have and wait up the line and they count how many there are. Annoying.
