Mais l’employé, une dame aux cheveux bruns dans la fin cinquantaine me dit: si quelqu’un s’enfarge je vous tiens responsable et vous devrez payer les dommages. Vous devriez plutôt aller travailler dans un café internet. C’est ce que j’ai fait et je ne dépenserai plus un sous dans cette place. Service à la clientèle de bas niveau.

I had high hopes for this bakery as I usually order from Ambrosia in Laval. I ordered my mom's 60th birthday cake and unfortunately they messed up. When I had placed the order in person, the girl had written down that I wanted pink and gold macarons, with a pink drip over the cake. Pictures from Pinterest were also shown so that they knew what to do. I went to pick up the cake and the drip was actually an orange-coral colour with pink and gold macarons on top. Immediately I told the employees that I was not at all satisfied, as this was not what was agreed upon. They called their manager in Italy who relayed that there wasn't anything she could do at the moment and continued to say that because I didn't specify the colour of pink I wanted, that they just put whatever "pink" on the cake. Anyone who knows how to properly cake decorate would know that the colours don't match at all and the drip is not even a shade of pink. I find it very insulting as a customer to be blamed for their mistake. In the end, I will stick to Ambrosia bakery in Laval as they always exceed expectations and take the time to ensure the customer is satisfied.
