Having a gluten & dairy allergy makes it hard to find sweets...but not at Seed Confections. They offer GF & DF Macrons that are absolutely delectable! She also has some DF chocolates available too! Certainly worth checking out!

We ordered placecard cookies for our wedding and not only did they look gorgeous and match our wedding colours perfectly, but they were so delicious too! We recieved so many compliments on them. Genevieve was so accomodating, kind, and easy to work with as well. We also really appreciated that she had options for our vegan and gluten free guests too!

O.k so I was told great things about this place but Never imagined it would actually be that amazing !!!! I'm not a sweets connoisseur but WOAH literally blown away so good I can't describe just go try yourself !!! They sell individually or make amazing packages like I ordered for my mom. The person working was the owner you can tell she is not doing this just to make money she is doing this because she loves doing it. This is not chocolate or treats this is art!! Seed Confections produces some of the best French macarons I have ever consumed. They are visually stunning, delicate, flavourful and packs an excellent crunch. They are also surprisingly large which is quite rare in the macaron realm. Aside from their macarons, Seed Confections also offers award winning artisan chocolates and custom sugar cookies. I simply can’t recommend them enough. Well worth the drive to St. Thomas!

We had the absolute best experience with Genevieve, who made our amazing wedding cake. The cake looked perfect, and tasted so good!! We had endless complements. From the start to finish, she was a dream to work with, and not once was our wedding cake a stresser in our wedding planning process. We rescheduled several times because we got married in the pandemic, and she was nothing but accommodating. She was flexible and reliable, and she accommodated us with a stacked cake even though our wedding was 5 hours away. She made three different flavours of cake, and all of which we received rave reviews, and accommodated several dietary restrictions. The cake looked so beautiful and the flowers she made looked like they were real. We can not recommend her enough, will be getting baking from her shop many times over again.

We got a brunch box today, 2 cinnamon rolls, 2 blueberry muffins, 2 jalapeno scones. Everything was devoured within MINUTES. The muffins were so soft and melt-in-your mouth. The scones were buttery and flavorful, and the cinnamon rolls are 'better than cinnabon' in the words of my husband. Genevieve never disappoints! Also got 6 macarons, those are a staple Seed visit.
