Purchased a bunch of goodies earlier today - I ate one shortbread cookie thinking I'd save the other two for tomorrow morning. Wrong. Ate another and then another! It was delicious! I still have the macarons and turnovers for later! ????. Thank you for answering my questions! Very friendly, clean and good looking space! Welcome to the neighborhood!

This is by far the best bakery around - family run attention to detail and she made a lovely wedding cake for my daughter's wedding assembled on site Every single guest gave it rave reviews - I can't say enough - you must try this bakery

I had the privilege of trying deserts from Ruby Blues Bakery in November and I was absolutely blown away. These deserts were some of the best I’ve every tried! The chocolate cake was moist and so flavourful but the real stand out was the frosting! It was light and fluffy absolutely delicious. I’m looking forward to ordering deserts from you in the future!

Just had an eclaire from this bakeshop, absolutely heavenly. St.Thomas was in need of a good bakeshop and now we have one! I will definitely be back for some more treats. My husband had the cherry cheesecake...equally as delicious as the eclaire. Very nice lady, friendly and helpful

This is an amazing bakery. We have enjoyed the eclairs and macaroons and they are so good. You need to go here and try this experience and support local. The love Sam puts into her baking is not only visual but you can taste it in every single bite I enjoyed her cake for Thanksgiving as well as the best birthday ever!!!!

Amazing family run bakery. The owner is always welcoming and creates really good quality baked goods. She also makes a desert called banoffee pie. If you are in st Thomas you should drop in and get some because it is super good and like nothing you ever had before. Highly recommended business.
