Too sweet, too heavy when the first ingredient indicated is "crème fraîche 35%" So I will never buy Jessica Pastries products again. It looks like misrepresentation at the ingredient list level. The look is attractive, but the product is disgusting. Rarely do I comment on food products, but there, too much is too much. (Original) Je me suis fait avoir une seule fois, pas deux. Acheté une bûche de Noel, immangeable. Trop sucrée, trop lourde alors que le premier ingrédient indiqué est "crème fraiche 35%" Je ne rachèterai donc plus jamais les produits de Jessica Pastries. Ça ressemble a de la fausse représentation au niveau de la liste des ingrédients. Le look est attirant, mais le produit est dégueulasse. Rarement je ne commente sur des produits alimentaires, mais là, trop c'est trop.

Love your Vanilla & Pear Log that I found from a chain supermarket. Still taste fresh after 5 days in my fridge. This is the less sweeten log among all the other logs. I wish you could reduce the sugar 5-10 % so that I can eat more.
