I was asked by the owners to make another purchase to get cutlery for the cake I had just ordered, which was absurd. Cheap service and disappointing quality vs cost. Will continue to purchase from The Frosted Cupcake from now on.

By far the best cakes I've ever had!! All the fruits and ingredients are freshly made, no artificial flavours. Sini's cakes are not too sweet, super fluffy and just tooo delicious. I'll definitely order again and will recommend to all my friends!

It’s a treasure store in downtown St Catharines. I love their dessert with delicate design and perfect sweetness for me. The owner is a nice lady who cares what I want, she would always try her best to finish my cake right before my pickup time so that I can get the most freshly made yumminess.

We ordered our son’s bday cake from Sini and it was just as awesome as we thought it would be. The detail and care is impressive. The cake itself was so yummy! I also grabbed some cupcakes to try and they were so good. Absolute pleasure to deal with as well. I loved how they package it. Will order again for sure.

Amazing service! Ordered a Louis Vuitton Birthday Cake that was beautiful executed perfectly! The baker was extremely communicative and provided information on all the features of the cake and how it would be prepared! The cake looked wonderful and tasted great! The staff and owner also were really nice and provided some treats during their customer appreciation month! Would definitely recommend!

Took a slice of the rest Earl Grey mille crepe cake home and it was SO delicious! Incredibly fresh and creamy but also very light and not too sweet. Just perfect. I'll be back for sure to try more stuff!

We got assorted cupcakes for a friends Birthday! They were amazing! The service was great as we ordered then kind of last minute but they were able to accommodate us! My favorite was the salted caramel cupcake and my husbands favorite was the red velvet but all of them were soooo good and super cute! Highly recommend this place!

I and my wife always try to choose great and meaningful gift to my close friends for Christmas. However, That is very hard and stressful for us every time. Last Christmas, One of my friend strongly recommended a Christmas event cupcake of Sini bakes. He said that is a best price, unique design and a fantastic flavour. The gifts was AWESOME AND SUCESSFUL for my friends. The gifts could make a happy for them at that time. So, I highly recommend the special cupcake , other dessert and custom cake for everyone. I think you never disappoint about your choice. I would like to expect NEW EVENT OF SINI BAKES in a future. All small businesses is under extramely hard time. Thank you for being SINI bakes.

The shop was lovely. I’m a little disappointed in the quality vs cost. The salted butterscotch cake didn’t taste anything close to salted butterscotch. It actually had very little flavour in general. The tiramisu mille crepe also lacked flavour. I paid $24 for 2 slices of cake, my expectations were a bit higher.

Stopped by to try my first ever crepe cake! I had the earl grey and loved it. It was light and fluffy while being very rich in flavour. Perfect amount of sweetness and tea strength for me and the texture of the layers was so unique and fun. The girl who helped me was very nice. I’ll definitely be returning to try more crepe cake flavours and other baked goods!

On a whim I got some cupcakes and they were amazing. Best cupcakes I’ve had. There’s a perfect amount of sweetness and flavour. The cake is fluffy and moist just as it should be with the perfect amount of icing. I definitely recommend this place for a sweet tooth.

I have never been disappointed with Sini's bakery! We did a curbside pick-up and both cakes made it home in one piece. If you are a coffee lover the tiramisu mille crepe is such a unique desert to try! We also had the Earl Grey mille crepe which was light and refreshing with a prominent tea flavour. Will definitely be back to try some of their fluffy toast!

Guys, let me tell you... this is hands down the BEST DURIAN CAKE I've had in my life. So for my birthday I was really craving a Durian cake and with COVID being a bummer I wasn't going to take the trek to Toronto to get one like I normally do (I usually see my grandparents up there). After doing a quick search I found out Sini has one! It was a little more than what I pay for in Toronto but I was like whatever. The chiffon cake layers were so soft and moist and the durian wasn't overpowering at all. It was frosted on the outside with a stabilized whipped cream frosting and was covered in coconut flakes. I was honestly tempted to buy another just for the hell of it. If she can make heaven out of durian I'm excited to try her other creations.

Purchased cupcakes for a loved one’s birthday and received them in poor packaging. Owners were very condescending and lacked customer service when asked politely to switch the packaging to the white box displayed on their website. Owners refused and made up several lies to not provide me with one until I asked for a refund. The lack of common decency and professionalism was very shocking and unheard of. If you are considering giving them any business at all, please take it elsewhere because they falsely advertise, and they simply voice that they do not care for your business. Do not waste your money on cupcakes that are double the price and taste and appear as ones you could buy from your local Food Basics.

I am very much one that looks at and reads reviews before I purchase from a place.Having bought from Sini Bakes a few times over the last year I was very surprised to see the bad review.I really think that the quality of the products offered are exceptional. The crepe cake is so delicious I can only buy one piece at a time. Too much temptation. I don't think that most people understand the type of ingredients Sini uses, real butter and whipping cream, top quality chocolate.Maybe the negative reviewer wasn't used to such high quality stuff. Asian baking can be very different to that which we North Americans are used to.The cake is of a lighter consistency and the icing is not as sweet.Having said all of this I would like tosay that I will continue to buy my specialty baked goods from this shop knowing that my guests and I will not be let down .

Ordered a birthday cake for my daughter's 5th birthday and found a toothpick inside the cake in the piece that I had. Thankfully it wasn't one of the kids otherwise it would have been bad. When following up with the shop I was told by the owner that the tooth pick was built into the cake on purpose to hold the number sign attached to the cake but they failed to give me the heads up ahead of time. Simply irresponsible. Safety should be first priority to customers, period. Will not order or purchase ever again for this shop.

This place is the best bakery ever! Sini is beyond talented at what she does. She has created some of the loveliest cakes I have ever seen. She will go through every detail with you until it’s just right. As soon as I brought out cakes from Sini Bakes to place on the table, my husband and my son ran right over. Lava cakes, box cakes, Mille crepe... I love every kinds of cakes there. So happy they stayed open through the pandemic. I highly recommend this bakery!

OMG! This place literally blew my mind????. Amazingly friendly staff and the cakes are just as good as it gets. But another surprise was the bubble tea. Believe me once you have their bubble tea you are not going to go anywhere else. Just loved every bit of this place.
