Hearty, crusty breads with lots of variety. Yummy squares, croissants and other delights. Coffee and specialty coffees are great. Supports other local artisans such as beekeepers, jam makers and potters. Environmentally conscious. A beautiful space for sitting and relaxing.

Everything we've ordered from here has been solid. The spelt-based chocolate chip biscotti and chocolate chip cookies are part of our usual order, and the other cookies we've tried, lemon and ginger molasses are both excellent. We've tried a few of their sourdoughs and highly recommend (olive has been our favourite so far). They have a huge selection, online pre-orders to pick up in-store, and also offer home delivery. I would highly recommend.

This summer I had the pleasure of buying and tasting the bread at this shop. Sooo good…and the potter they sponsor makes the most wonderful cups. Bread for the soul and cups for coffee, can’t go wrong.

A hole in the wall worth finding well for now anyways it has no sign out front! But look for the big 55 and the gibbys sign and you'll be at the right place. Amazing coffee and in house baked goods. Super excited for everything to open up again so I can hangout in this beautiful Cafe!

Excellent products, helpful friendly staff, wonky online ordering platform (and terrible policy to force customers to use it) imo takes away from the buy local/support people thing. If we're encouraged to support businesses/people in our community why would those businesses turn around and replace their people with an online platform. Will up to 5 stars when things go back to previous pandemic practices

The coffee is simply amazing. Soft smooth flavourful and they have milk substitutes too. Ordered Sourdough bread (Niagara), fresh and perfect crust. Toast it and you’re in heaven. Will come back when things open up and try the rest of their bakery line. Also, their coffee cup is eco friendly and compostable. How cool is that!

I was looking forward to visiting this location and made a special trip. Visited on a Thursday at 2pm. Cinnamon twist was extremely stale. Galette ($5.50) served refrigerator cold; this probably contributed to the flavourlessness. Only pre-sliced bread available; I would have much preferred unsliced; I'm very nervous about how stale the bread will be after the pastries. Staff was very, very nice. Lunch bag letdown unfortunately. Update: the walnut and honey sourdough had very little flavour. The crust was soft instead of crispy; obviously stored too long in a plastic bag.
