I ordered via skip the dishes - Peanut butter bowl, OMG it is the best, of course in my opinion. I’ve cream, hot fudge, and mini peanut butter cups. Delicious.

Stellar service from the two ladies working tonight. The menu may be smaller than other ice cream places but the creations on the menu are all super creative and delicious. I had the red velvet volcano parfait made with chocolate ice cream. It was delicious and recommended to me by one of the staff. Oh and the line was really quick!

Sweet Annie's Bakeshop is producing incredible cakes that not only look spectacular, they taste just as good. Most cakes I find dry and overly sweet; Sweet Annie's are just right - moist and delicious!???? Try her awesome keto treats if you're battling carbs. They are a delight!????

Great local business. I had the hot fudge sundae with cookie dough. The cookie dough is the best from any icecream place I've had. The cashier/server is very good at their job and friendly.

I asked for a stuffed waffle cone with a dip, and was told initially it wasn't possible with a waffle cone. Tai(?) Ty(?) said hold my beer and made it possible, and I had some of the best caramel stuffed waffle cone dipped ice-cream I could ask for. 513 years ago Michael Angelo painted the Sistine Chapel, and on this day, Tai(?) Ty(?) scoffed and made something far more beautiful. My Icecream.

The product they make is very good. Their service is very poor. I have pre-ordered on three occasions. All three times errors were made. The last time it was not made at the agreed upon pickup time but they could not phone me and let me know, I had to show up to find no order. So I went to the local Co+op and found good comparable baking. Good by Sweet Annie. Good afternoon, I am unaware of this happening. Was this today? Your "unawareness" is probably the problem. Wow. Nice. Sorry I've been at the hospital with my daughter as she underwent emergency surgery. But your cinnamon buns are clearly more important. If there was a problem, I'm completely accessible. My cell phone number is posted. I have never dodged a customer and make every effort to make things right if there is a problem. Instead of letting me know, you leave a bad review. No details, nothing. Have a nice day. Your response sounds like it's coming from a disgruntled employee and not the owner and your still unaware as you have not figured out what my order was. I guess I was not the only one without a order that day. After three chances it's called "your out". Again your baking is very good but you need to go to business school.

This place is incredible! The vegan options are great, the employees are angels and the owner is the kindest! Support this company in every way. I got the Waikiki (vegan dole with blue raspberry slush) & my boyfriend got the Captain Crunch twister which he drooled over and GF VEGAN s'more cookies. So affordable and delicious.

My wife and I have tried many of the highly rated ice cream shops in the city, but we have yet to find anywhere that compares to Sweet Annie's. They are a small family-run ice cream shop with a great variety of flavors, including vegan options! Their staff are always polite and patient. The chocolate/vanilla swirl is my personal favorite! Highly recommended!

Small ice cream shop with huge amount of options and flavours. Covid precautions were put in place and only one person at a time when I went and visited this place. Staff were very friendly. One of the flavours were not there but went out of the way to get it. Which was superb. If you are in this are I would totally recommend this place. I think can be the best in this area for sure.

The menu is very fun and creative. I've tried their cheesecake and liked it. The past 3 times I've been to Sweet Annie's wasnt a great experience though. We stopped in last year for some baking. The cupcakes were really dry on the inside, but the icing was very delicious; that was cotton candy. The chocolate cupcakes tasted very dry also and the icing was okay. Same with the cookies. They were dry like they may have been sitting out for too long. Second time we went we bought ice cream parfaits and baking, which again was really dry and stale tasting. We didn't end up finishing it and discarded the baking. Ice cream was great though. Tonight was our third time stopping in and unfortunately may be our last. We bought twisters and they weren't made the way the menu said... they were very very runny. It was like a soggy soup. We left thinking maybe thats just what the top was like? Maybe it melted a bit while the lady was making them? Unfortunately no. Just a soupy mess. I was going to go in to ask if they could be remade but didn't. We through them out and went to the McDonald's drive through. The girl mixing them must have seen how runny they were? The store inside was very cluttered and dusty. We didn't grab baked goods this time because of our last experience, but the glass had hand prints and crumbs stuck in the corners. What bothered me also was the lady who was serving us wasnt wearing a mask.

My daughter's have been raving about this place for months so when our grandkids selected it as a place to go for treats we jumped on it. It was great. Service - wonderful (especially with all the curves my daughter threw at them! Not one to order off the menu apparently. Good value and great product. My wife gave the non dairy options a huge thumbs up.

1st time here. Wow, small little gem in small little southdale, with friendly staff. My 1st test of any ice cream place it the basic Strawberry Sundae. I found the ice cream very creamy, loved it, the small size ordered was quite plentiful but the strawberry topping was meagre on the strawberries and slightly chemical tasting. Will go back, just won’t order that again.

I live just down the road and Sweet Annie's is always so hard to resist going to on my way back from work. This ice cream shop is a hidden gem with a delicious menu and very well priced products, we will for sure frequent this place again!

Nice to find a place that sells Dole ice cream (made from fruit juices). They typically have two types of it as well. They even can mix the two together. Love coming here. Always busy so that tells you something. Also amazing peanut butter square! Only suggestion would be they need more than 1 person working as the line ups get way too long as one person can't keep up, especially with some people's complicated orders.
