This is by far the best bread I have ever had. This bread is so good that eating it makes your mouth sacred; it is the bread that Hildegard von Bingen would bake if she was alive in this century and chose to bake bread. Somehow it surpasses being mere bread and becomes more like a bread experience. In summary: this bread is like a bridge that allows you to travel across your mundane reality into a Holy Land of crust, flavor and satisfaction.
