It was a categorical no. She spouted a message to me that I didn't understand. I shut my mouth and didn't want to have a fit because there were other customers waiting behind me but I was determined not to stop there. As it was a Sunday, I decided to wait until the next day, a Monday, to speak to a manager or manager. So I call the next day and ask for the store manager, I get her voicemail. There is nothing on the message to indicate that she's gone on vacation so I leave her a message explaining the situation. It's been two weeks and I've never heard back. Sur l’étiquette de prix du spécial, le prix affiché était de $11,99. Rendu à la caisse, je surveillais les prix qui passaient dans l’écran de la caisse et j’ai vu le prix qui était de $13,99. Là, j’ai dit Oups… Madame, le prix indiqué sur l’affiche est de $11,99, il y a erreur… La dame est allé voir et je l’ai suivi pour lui montrer et elle a bien vu par elle-même que le prix affiché était effectivement de $11,99 sur l’étiquette. Rendu à la caisse, elle ajuste le prix à $11,99 mais comme je suis au courant de la politique d’exactitude de prix de l’OPC, je lui ai fait part qu’elle devait me consentir un rabais de $10,00 sur l’item en question vu que le prix ce cet item était plus de $10,00. Ce fut un non catégorique. Elle m’a baragouiner un message que j’ai rien compris. J’ai fermé ma gueule et je ne voulais pas faire une crise car il y avait d’autres clients qui attendaient derrière moi mais j’étais bien décidé à ne pas en rester là. Comme c’était un dimanche, j’ai décidé d’attendre au lendemain, un lundi pour parler à un directeur(trice) ou gérant(e). Donc, j’appelle le lendemain et je demande pour la directrice du magasin, je tombe sur sa boite vocale. Sur le message, rien n’indique qu’elle est partie en vacance alors je lui laisse un message en expliquant la situation. Ça fait deux semaines et je n’ai jamais eu de retour d’appel. Cette situation m’est arrivé à quelques reprises au IGA Bélanger, au Walmart et plus rarement au Super C et ces marchands n’ont jamais hésité à prendre leurs responsabilités quand ceci arrivait. Morale de l’histoire, au IGA Julien, on se fout des lois et surtout des clients. Pensez-y deux fois avant d’aller magasiner à ce magasin et surtout, surveillez vos factures car leur appétit est vorace!
