(Original) Aujourd'hui nous avons fait l'essai des produits vendus à la boulangerie, malheureusement quel déception, produits bio mais loin d'être frais. Nous avons pris une fougasse aux olives et une fougasse au feta les 2 n'étaient pas fraiche, le pâte était sec. Nous avons aussi pris des brioches aux fruits encore une fois la pâte était sec. Nous arrivons de 3 semaines passées en France et je dois dire que cette bouangerie n'arrive pas à la cheville d'une boulangerie comme Eugénie à Nantes qui pourtant à un tout petit local mais avec des produits d'une fraicheur et d'un goût superbe. En plus on acheté une baguette qu'il nomme baguette française, désolé mais vous ne passer pas le test et de loin. J'oublais de dire aussi que j'ai une vingtaine d'années d'expérience en boulangerie et que je suis à la retraite mais j'ai encore le goût du bon pain.
