For those who follow a gluten free diet often have issues finding bread that they enjoy eating or finding a good baguette to have with their pasta. Citron Confit have the best baguette I have ever tasted. If you follow their instructions it comes out perfectly. They also deliver right to your door which is amazing in these uncertain times.
