I was staying in Revelstoke for a quick work trip and I had to check out of my hotel that day; I couldn't leave until my husband was also off work so I searched for a place to eat and work on my laptop. Sadly Revelstoke is being plagued with staffing shortages and it was a struggle to find somewhere to eat. I stumbled across this place in my desperate search for food and drink. The staff were very friendly and let me set up shop in the corner by the window. Not only was the food amazing, I noticed in my time sitting there that everyone was working away so diligently. The atmosphere was happy, everyone was happy to be there. I saw what I assumed was the manager, walking around and cleaning and organizing; making sure every guest who walked in the front door had the best experience. Next time I come to Revelstoke I won't seek out another place to have a coffee and snack because I know Conversations is a special place. It's also very clean and follows strict COVID protocols. Thank you!

Don't come here looking for tea. The staff don't know what they have, was given a sad selection of random tea bags to choose from. Then found 3 canisters of loose leaf. Seemed like they didn't care very much. Didn't get to try the coffee but the baked goods did look alright

We came in town from Calgary and oh man it was one of the best coffee places we have ever seen here! Had dropped by just for a quick coffee and a smoothie and eneded up having their banana pecan loaf, veggie panini and a ham panini. Was a busy place and special mention to their very well kept washroom with lovely artifacts!

Conversations has always been really good, but the sandwiches made by the new owners are seriously amazing! Top-quality chef style flavours for the same price as run-of-the-mill fast food. Kind of like Korean spicy style mixed with American and central american flavours. have had several different of the daily specials but the spicy pork meatloaf burger/sandwich may be one of the best sandwiches I've ever tatsed! 5 stars!

You know, basic food safety practices are actually important between cash handling and preparing beverages for people. Wash hands between - it’s not about the pandemic we are in, it’s about always protecting the health and welfare of the public being served in a cafe. Tossed out the drink and went across the street instead. Could have asked for a refund, or refused the beverage, but public confrontation is EXHAUSTING and the behaviour is not going to change.

Great little place in the heart of Revelstoke Downtown. We are visiting for a few days, most of the shops were closed early due to the heat wave...Then we found Conversations Coffee House! Great service and delicious frappes! Recommend the London Fog frappe ???? Sandwiches were awesome too!

I'm giving this place one star as an adjustment. Cute place. Lots of seating. Low rnd line grocery store brand coffee (Doi Chang)and their baked in house goodies look... mass produced. Everything is wrapped in plastic film which is an environmental red flag and also makes one wonder how long they keep their product. Looks like the locals like it. I'd give it a miss.

Mixed bag, mostly bad. On one hand it is the coffee house that is opened the longest in Revelstoke, on the other hand, they put on the radio and half their staff is kind of rude. I love going to coffee houses to work, read and what not. If you make me pay for refills, I'll pay. Just make sure you don't offer me a free refill and make me fill like I'm being interrogated when I ask for it. Or, ask me to move to a smaller table when over half of your tables are empty. I honestly just might start going to freakin Tim's when everything else is closed.

We were passing Revelstoke in July 2020 after 4 pm, and most eateries were closed due to covid. Finally we found Conversations Coffee House which was open. Good coffee and great Red Velvet & Tiramisu! Next time will specifically go there. Stopped by again in July 2021. Slightly different ambiance - less art work on the walls. New management? Coffee and desserts still yummy!

Great cafe in a beautiful town. Friendly staff. Frozen yogurt is great. Coffee is really good. I had a flat white. Only thing was that they do only 1 shot in a 12oz flat white. I’d expect 2 shots as standard. I ordered the extra shot and it tasted great!
