Tried them alot but not last minute...this time was awesome...called them 5 hours before they close to make a cake for 8 persons with a customization and my choice of colors...and they made it.. good job Arpit..!! highly recommended you guys.!!

They up sized my cake to the most expensive cake!!! It was suppose to be $45 altogether and they charged me $62 and acted like it was the one I ordered which it wasn't. It was not their fault they "Upsized the cake" it was mine.. never going to this place again. Bad service!!!!!!!

Ordered a 10 inch eggless, fondant cake for a baby-shower and the cake turned out to be superb. The cake matched the photo we provided to customize cake and very less colors were used as needed. It was a black forest cake and was super tasty, everyone loved it. I would recommend cakes from Northgate Bakery. Thanks!

Placed an order with Northgate Bakery. Did it via email/messenger. Had to make some last minute changes and Northgate Bakery was able to accommodate. The business was very helpful and listened to what I wanted. The cake was decorated beautifully and my wife and daughter loved the multi-tiered, rainbow cake. I ordered a cake on my baby shower and told them alot of times that don’t make the cake really sweet but it end up being so sweet that we had to throw more than half of the cake as no one liked it and most of them left it in their plates. I paid around 180$. Was very disappointed.

Tried to order a cake for my parents 45th Anniversary. I called in advance to order the cake, even followed up with an email. No one got back to me. The day before I was supposed to pick it up, I called to confirm. They told me they couldn’t do the flowers I had requested, they said the only flowers they could do were roses. I’ve never heard of a cake decorator who could only do roses. I’m left with a plain cake for my parents special day. If I wanted roses on a cake, I would have gone to a grocery store, not a professional cake decorator.

Ordered cupcakes. Absolutely the worst things I have ever seen. Looked like they were done by a 12 year old. And the girl working the front seemed to find it so funny. Do not recommend this place at all.

Obviously, Cake was so yummy, asked them for more bread than frosting inside and really it was perfect. Plus, Great Customer Service and the staff is super helpful. I definitely suggest everyone to try here.

I would have given zero star to this bakery i ordered cake for a baby's birthday and they just ruined the whole cake .. not at all clean writing while writing the name of the baby .. and when we asked them to re-do it , at that time they just argued .. i would never prefer to go here and would never recommend to anybody .. such a bad staff ..if u want to spoil ur special day u shud go here ..

We ordered a cake and had to call 4 times, the cake decorator didn’t speak English! He kept repeating the word picture which make no sense! Went to pick up the cake and still wasn’t what we ordered after all!! Worst stressful experience ever, save your money and time and go somewhere else!
