She is very talented with her designs too and she guided me really well during the consultation so I know what to expect. Outstanding cake that made our celebration extra special. Very easy to work with, incredibly creative, results that cannot be believed until seen! She did a replica of Schroeder's piano complete with bust of Beethoven that brought my wife to tears and drew nothing but oohs and ahhhs from those present. Flavor was comparable to nothing any of us had tried before. Cannot recommend enough, thanks again Oriol!
