I really like this place, and I’ve been there for getting some bread with my husband when we lived very close. Staffs are always friendly, food is great and atmosphere is also quite good. However I found out the price is kinda expensive.. last time I visited here with my friend and ordered a quiche and a arancino for lunch, and it costed $16..! (With a Sanpellegrino that was $18..) It all tasted very good of course, but I’d never go back again for having a lunch there :/

Strongly recommend this place! Local coffee shop offering excellent prices for the products they have. Very cute, authentic and well located. Amazing service by employees. Menu is quite diverse, going from many sweets to salads, soups & sandwiches. Different drinks are offered too. There's a possibility of grabbing wifi from the street and study. It is a great pleasure to find such good products in Quebec City (really, awesome). It is less to see that they take advantage of their location to set higher prices (except drinks which are fair) and completely let it go with the service : deplorable and extremely unorganized. The place is very touristic (but I noticed they don't speak English), you won't see locals there. Many tables have sockets (even one outside ! That's great) but they DONT HAVE WI-FI, they use the one of the neighbourhood which is good for checking messages but not for working.

I love everything about this place, the food is fantastic and affordable, the service is super friendly. If you happen to be in Quebec City you probably should have a brunch here. I really cannot remember the name of each food cos they're in French but most of them are really good (i've attached some pictures so you'll know what it looks like). Lorsque je suis arrivée et que j’ai demandé de l’aide il y avait de la place (et les gens vont des fois prendre les places avant de commander). J’ai demandé si exceptionnellement ils pouvaient prendre ma commande pendant que j’étais assise et ca a été refusé parce que votre procédure rigide demande à ce que les gens commandent en premier. Et si j’écris cet avis c’est parce que c’est un désagrément parmi plusieurs qui sont arrivés. Si vous dites que vous écoutez les besoins de votre clientèle prenez ce cas comme exemple car dans votre coin il y a plus de retraités que des jeunes familles. Votre réponse à mon message démontre un manque de maturité, et je ne suis pas la seule à avoir laissé un avis défavorable.

De plus, si vous avez terminé, aussi bien quitter. Votre table sera occupée par votre assiette, car aucun service ne va s'en occuper. Il n'y a aucun intérêt à continuer l'expérience par des commandes supplémentaires. On se consolera lors de la dégustation. L'expérience-service est terrible, mais les desserts sont délicieux.

En plus d’interagir désagréablement, cette employée n’a aucun scrupule à regarder bien ouvertement le ticket de caisse pour juger du pourboire, ce qui est particulièrement déplacé. J’ai fait preuve de beaucoup de patiente avant de rédiger ce commentaire, laissant une chance à cette employée mais ce fût vécu à plusieurs reprises… ce qui est vraiment dommage… car à l’exception de cette dame, l’ensemble du personnel offre un service à la clientèle chaleureux. Malgré ce constat, sachez que vos produits sont d’une excellente qualité et sont très savoureux !
