Our bakery in Quebec. I came back every morning for fresh baguette and croissants. The lady who works there is very nice and was patient with my not so great French.

The multigrain date, raisin walnut bread is very good - lots of items in it, and nice slightly chewy texture. You can see people making bread in the back of the shop. Croissant is less oily/flaky and more bread-like in texture. Still has crunch on the outside, and light fluffy bread on inside.

I wish you to find a quick solution for your customers because your breads do not really last long compared to your competitors (who make less good breads). (Original) Je souligne leur eco responsabilité et qualité de leur pain mais je conseillerais fortement de trouver des sacs plastique biodégradable ou fait à partir de matière naturelle, car je n'y vais malheureusement maintenant que très rarement car je ne peux pas conserver leur pains dans leur sac papiers, même avec leur conseils je ne peux pas garder un pain plus de 2 jours sans qu'il devienne trop sec. Je vous souhaite de trouver une solution rapide pour vos clients car vos pains ne se garde vraiment pas longtemps à comparer à vos compétiteurs (qui font de moins bon pains).
