Absolutely wonderful experience here. They created a beautiful arrangement on the spot, the price was incredibly reasonable, and you can pick up a few little chocolates as well to top off your gift. Would certainly use their services again. Well done team.

Pretty disappointed to see the photo of the flowers that my mother received for mother’s day. Sadly, they look nothing like the advertised photos and don’t match the description on the website. They are rather dumpy considering the deluxe $84 price tag. The only saving grace is that my mom seems to still enjoy them. I count on some degree of truth in advertising when placing online orders as I’m out of province ordering gifts. I would not recommend this florist for online orders and I will be using previous providers for future Events.

Ordered flowers online and they were delivered the day after (the person getting the flowers wasn't home on the day they were to be delivered). Ordering process was easy and the person receiving the flowers absolutely adored the arrangement. Once the order was completed I got an email notifying me it had been completed. Was recommended this flower shop from our wedding planner. What an awesome experience. We were doing all the planning from Ontario for a wedding in October in Prince Albert for my daughters wedding. Of course my daughter picked off season flowers but stacy made it happen. She used silk and real flowers together and we couldn't tell the difference. The last minute my daughter wanted flower crowns and Stacy made it happen and the day before my daughter decided she needed more flowers for the tables and Stacy made it happen! Thanks Stacy you were awesome highly recommended!

This past Sunday, I ordered an FTD bouquet for a sick friend. I even upgraded the arrangement to the deluxe bouquet. My order was delivered late Monday afternoon. I saw the arrangement on Tuesday and was not only embarrassed, but angry. The bouquet was sparse, had tacky pink pipe cleaner hearts included. This was not at all like the FTD photo. I had paid $60.00 for this bouquet. I phoned the owner that same day & complained. She said that her flowers hadn't arrived but would bring up another bouquet on Thursday (today). I am even more disappointed with this 2nd FTD arrangement. You would think that the owner would make sure that this arrangement was perfect. The flowers ( the kind and color) are still not the same as what was shown on their website. I want my $60.00 back !!! The beautiful bouquet is what I paid for ... the 1st delivery has the tacky pipe cleaner hearts and the 2nd bouquet is the small no color bouquet !!

I ordered flowers to be delivered to a funeral home. The flowers delivered were not at all close to what I had ordered. The order delivered had 4 roses the"PREMIUM" order made Showed 8 on the (one sided) picture.I called them as to the error and asked that the order be redone and would be picked up by the family as they were who the order ultimately is for. Long story shorter they did redo the order was to be picked up friday, they closed down early so another trip was made to town to pick up saturday and the flowers were already turning brown. My niece refused the order and did take something else in it's place. Point to this message is do not assume that when you order a premium bouquet that the recipient will receive the quality as ordered. BTW first bouquet did look good just not the same price value!

Was disappointed with my order. Original order was delivered and I had to fix it because it was knocked over during delivery Original order started to turn yellow right away because it was froze on delivery. When they brought replacement it was far less desirable than the original order. Not impressed
