We had the worst service I've ever had at any restaurant I've ever been to. Our waitress seemed to completely avoid our table despite only having one or two others. We ended up having to ask another server if our drinks were coming, when it came time to get our food, one of our party never received hers, when our waitress finally came back we asked about it and she said she would go check, over five minutes passed and she came back and said she forgot to put the order in, there was no, "I'll get it made right away" it was just, sorry you don't get pizza now. The only reason this is getting two stars is because of the other server who was absolutely lovely and helped us figure everything out. Kaitlyn was an absolute gem! But unfortunately we probably wont be returning for a long time.

This place has gone downhill...again. Always a skeleton crew on. Hate having to wait for EVERYTHING...seating, ordering, serving, refills, paying....all painfully too long. Improve your customer service and you will increase your sales.

They put the toppings right to the edge of the pizza now which makes the pizza look like a deep dish pizza.. if I wanted burnt crust all the way around my pizza I would order a deep dish..

We’ve ordered out a few times. The service is horrible. The pizza was what you’d expect. If you decide to eat here just count on it taking twice as long as any other pizza place in town. I wouldn’t suggest did I get in... they don’t seem to clean tables or floors here. The dine in service is horrible. Sever lack of training and who ever manages this place needs to be fired.

The pizza is great! Prices are not but that does not reflect Prince Albert's Pizza Hit as it's a franchise. The good thing is, if you order pizza on using their deals, you do get great prices! Their Honey BBQ Boneless bites are my favorite!

There were a lot of things that happened at Pizza Hut so i m just going to review this statement as a check list, I might included some unnessary views, I am sorry in advance i am a waitress.. -Arrived at Pizza Hut around 8:20 waited 6 minuets to be seated... -Ask for a both because i don't like the center attention. -waited for our waiter for 15 minuets he was always in the back... -Our waiter that was covering our section didn't bother to wipe our table because it was dirty when we got there... and when a couple girls left they were cut off because they were drinking... they left 5-10 minuets and then another set of people came to find another dirty table. -Finally he came to us we order and he left with the menus on the table... -got our meal around 8:45ish... He bought one setting... we caught him and ask for another he said "Oh i m sorry about that.. yea for sure..." my food was in front of me toying me for 20 minuets i couldn't ask my bf's fork because he was using it for his wings. I tried to call for a waitress but she ignored me... until my bf got up and said hey can we get a fork... we asked for one 20 minuets ago... she like oh okay and handed me a fork in 5 seconds... -The food was good it was packed with alot of favor, my bf enjoyed his wings but he only got 4 loads into his stomach before we both said screw it... -The meal was around i think 30-35 dollars and if he was expecting a tip he has another thing coming. I've had worst service with pizza hut before this one but he was goofy off not bothering to check on us... okay he checked on us... like close to the end they smarten up and actually did their job. I don't even think we'll be going back to pizza hut... we'll just have to go to wings some other night..

Expensive while light on toppings. Miss how it was back in the day with the priazzo pies. Not a lot left going for it these days. Frozen pizza almost better. Extra topping cost 3 dollars and it wasn't even put on.

Been here at least 10 times and every time I have received less than good customer service. The pop machine always gives your drinks a funny taste, you have to wait long periods of time for the server to come. If you order water, they give you room temperature tap water. Last trip I was supposed to get a 2L of pop but they never gave it to me and I called about it 20 minutes later and they said that they 100% remember giving it to me. Why would I lie about a bottle of pop? You can get them for 1/4 of the price at a grocery store. Their wing night is a disaster. Waited nearly 2 hours to get my second order of endless wings and they didn't even bring us the flavors we ordered. This place is a joke, stay away. June 8, 2019: Ordered the Dinner Box. My bread sticks and cinnaparts were rock hard and cold by the time I got home. The cinnaparts absorbed all the icing and was a clump of hard bread.

It's better to call ahead and place your order before going there. There was a bit of confusion on their part with taking your order and you getting your order when you try to do it in person but otherwise the pizza was great
