Poor service. St. Mary High school's cafeteria ordered from here twice now for 57 boxes of Pizza. They were late for 30 minutes twice and the way they cut the pizza was way too uneven. They were told about our experience from the first time we ordered from them and gave them a second chance but they've gotten worst. We will never buy from them. The picture of the pizza I attached was just an example but we've seen others that's worst.

Even though the main customer service is very bad (we're talking the corporate support headquartered in Edmonton Alberta), this store shines. The manager is very helpful and courteous as well as the staff. The Pizza has been great both times I have ordered here.

Worst non service ever. I called in an order for pick up through their number on their website and confirmed the order, only to have them call me 3 minutes out from picking it up to tell me they were closed and not going to make the order. Keep in mind I called in the order 40 minutes before their posted closing hours on their website and door. Ended up ordering from their competion and was not disappointed. Would not recommend to order takeout if the staff are rushing to close 40 minutes before their posted hours.

Love the pizza here. The chicken bacon ranch and tandoori chicken is my absolute favorite. Friendly service. Not your thick full bodied pizza you would get from a more established restaurant but really good for a 2 for 1 pizza.
