5 stars is not enough. It was a pleasure to deal with everyone at this business. Everyone was super nice and extremely helpful. They set the standard for what great service should be. Literally 100% satisfied.

Went there to buy a camper on a Saturday. First trailer he tells us about is a 36 foot , but I told him I only have a half ton. He tells me it will pull it no problem, I am doubtful on that. When I ask for.something smaller he told us the only one he had was a bunk model over our price range. When I asked about used ot something better price he told me all the campers on the lot were in for servicing and not for sale. Basically out of all the campers they show on the website he would only show us one and was not interested in making sale that we were willing to buy that day. Sorry about your luck Frank Dunn

We bought a used trailer from this dealership last week - I know they are busy with a big sale but there was an issue with the blinds missing from the dining area window, I have emailed them twice and after 5 days still no reply. Not sure if I can recommend this place based on their response time. I tried calling the saleman's cell phone and he never answers.

With all the RV dealers in the province, we decided to stay local for the great knowledge and service that this group is known to provide.

A great place to go when you have a problem. They have the first thing I look for. Honesty!!

Sales person was friendly and appeared to be helpful. Always cheerful. Show room and lot was very clean. Bought a 32 foot RV from them. At the end of the day though some small things went wrong with it and couldn't get them to look into getting them fixed ( e.g. speakers outside never worked ) It also turned out that I paid much more than what I should have paid (but this is my fault for not researching or shopping around). All in all I don't know whether I will return to them or not. A year later and I still feel like I visited Lake land Ford and their slight of hand deals.

Pretty decent part selection and very knowledgable staff.

BEWARE! Our experience with Frank Dunn RV in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. We had found an online advertisement for a, NEVER BEEN SOLD OR USED, 2016 Outdoor RV Wind River 270CISW, at Frank Dunn. As we had knowledge & experience with trailers, but lived in British Columbia, we asked many questions and worked with the Senior RV salesman. After a month of research and receiving information from the salesman, including a video viewing, we struck a deal for this unit. We were assured that there had been full disclosure and no ‘unpleasant surprises’, inside or outside of this trailer, awaiting us. We drove for 17 hours from British Columbia to Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, only to find that this trailer had multiple problems, including a fridge that would not cool, lights that would not work, a gouge in the kitchen floor, window screens that did not properly fit, as well as previous Water Damage. We were extremely disappointed that the dealership had not divulged any of these deficiencies/issues, which had to have occurred on the dealer lot, nor were any of these indicated on the Pre-Delivery Inspection. We were relieved that we made these discoveries on the dealer’s lot, and did not bring this unit all the way back to B.C.

Would not shop here at all. Phone and inquired about a couple different rv's 9 months ago and still have not heard anything back. I even went in and inquired and they said they would phone me. Never did. As well when you walk in. Its hard to find someone. I ended up dealing with sherwood rv in saskatoon. Got alot more accomplished

Andy Kowalski

Stopped in there late Saturday for an Equalizer hitch. They had nobody there that late in the day to help me. But, they called around to other dealers to see if anyone could help us. That is Great Customer Service.

Sadly they quoted $1300-$1500 to replace a water heater in our RV. the actual price ended up at $2200 - the labour was DOUBLE the estimate. They did a good job and the new unit is installed and works great - but to have missed the estimate by so much is unacceptable. I also know that it took 3 trips over 3 weeks to get the job done although they say they only charged me for 1 trip clearly the total labour charge indicates otherwise. I would be very reluctant to get anything done here again.

Had our RV in last year for what we thought was a bent axle. Took 3 months and taking it elsewhere to find out it wasn't bent at all. Constant lies and run around.

Don't waste your time. ordered a part and asked three times to be sure that what I had ordered was what I requested and when it arrived wasnt what I wanted even though I asked 3 times and was assured that it was what I needed when it clearly wasn't.

Trailer was dropped off on September 28, 2020 for an estimate. Only an estimate to repair some damage. It sat in their yard in the same spot for 4 months and still hadn’t even been looked at. I found another place that would look at it in 2 days. Frank Dunn told me np, you can come get it. There’s not much snow and should be easy to get out. Nice I thought. Got there, trailer was still in the same spot, about 3 feet of snow in front. It’s amazing to me they don’t have a shovel or equipment to move the stuff on their yard. Nobody wanted to help until I informed them I had just had surgery and can’t shovel, and any injuries while on their yard doing their job was on them. Not to mention the oh&s issues involved. Ultimately they pulled it out an hour and a half later. In the end, worst customer service of any rv place I have been to ever, I will without question haul my trailer the extra hour and a half to Saskatoon to get anything done.
