Nice to see a bakery arriving in the County , was nice to see after my absence from the County after a year. Ordered croissant and will say these are "freshly baked", Not sure about made on site. Did lack flakiness ....seemed a bit like the pastry was purchased ....I guess i am getting spoiled by the croissants I am seeing and eating in some of Montreals bakeries. Buttery and flaky. Bread i purchased was a light rye, but might have been given the wrong loaf and it was def. a whole wheat...but good. I realize it's a new spot and the kinks will be worked out over time.

Word to the wise, try and arrive early! We came in a bit before closing and grabbed the very last loaf of bread they had left. Needless to say, there is a reason they were sold out! The jalapeño - Sour dough loaf we got was amazing.

First, PECish...what a brilliant name for this bakery who makes possibly the best croissant I've ever had. Flaky, buttery layers of deliciousness that I can't get enough of!!

Pecish is a welcome addition to both Milford and the County! As a neighbour, business and personal customer, all of their products are made with care and skill, and absolutely delicious. And that I can get a cappuccino within walking distance is amazing!

Good products with friendly helpful staff. Their croissants are triangular danish dough, not the crisp flaky layers that one expects from a classic French croissants. I look forward to trying their bread.

The croissants are buttery melt in your mouth to die for! And the cookies are so good, I just found one that I had accidentally left under the seat in our car, from 2 weeks ago, the last time that we had gone to PECish. My wife had to, at length, convince me not to eat the cookie. I did eat some of the cookie, and it was still delicious, although I do not recommend doing this yourself. The ones we got today straight from the super kind folks at PECish were fresh out of the oven and so very good!

Okay, I am currently on a planned vacation and this was the FIRST stop, and I have probably the best vacation planner EVER. This little bakery is FANTASTIC. We did and can HIGHLY recommend the ham and cheese croissants, chocolate chunk cookie, and wow the bagel bombs, like I said fantastic. I will be stopping by here again if I am ever in the area, the only critic, and this is absolutely minor, is that we were unsure of where the entrance was, but figured it out quickly enough.

Don’t even get me started. Obsessed with the pastries from PECish! The classic croissants are my favourite but honestly they can do no wrong! Best classic chocolate chip cookies, the whole menu is delicious! The bread is to die for! Can’t wait for my next fix!

I’m SO glad my friends and I stopped here while visiting PEC for the weekend. I picked up a variety of pastries that were all good but the ham & cheese croissant was probably one of the best, if not THE best croissant I’ve ever had in my life. I am literally drooling at the thought of it. The only negative about this place is that they’re not open Sundays for us to go back before we leave.

LITERALLY THE BEST PASTRIES I'VE HAD IN YEARS!!! ALSO THE SWEETEST KINDEST OWNERS EVER!!!!!! they were up since 5am baking and still managed to serve us with the biggest smile. if you are ever in the area make sure you go early because the lines get super long!!!!! we took our pastries to eat by the beach and it was the best experience ever
